Our first trip back to the UK for 16 years, we are originally from this area,the whole hotel experience, two weeks, was covered by AMEX Hilton honors, worked out great,just a few yards off the M4 makes the hotel very easy and accessible to use as a base. I highly recommend this hotel ifyou are going to tour the west county. Only criticism is that here was no real ale on tap. Nossa primeira viagem de volta ao Reino Unido por 16 anos, somos originalmente desta área, toda a experiência do hotel, duas semanas, foi coberta pelas honras AMEX Hilton, funcionou muito bem, a poucos metros da M4 torna o hotel muito fácil e acessível para usar como base. Eu recomendo este hotel se você estiver indo para turismo do condado de West. A única crítica é que aqui não havia cerveja real na torneira.

Amazing budget friendly hotel close to the motorway. Always the rooms are priced well. Hotel equipped with spacious rooms, Restauarant and parking facilities. Supermarket and Beefeater Pub are right across the road. Ideally located, great breakfast and amazing staff, definitely recommend a visit.. Incrível hotel de orçamento amigável perto da auto-estrada. Sempre os quartos têm preços bem. Hotel equipado com quartos espaçosos, restaurante e estacionamento. Supermercado e Beefeater Pub estão do outro lado da estrada. Idealmente localizado, ótimo café da manhã e equipe incrível, definitivamente recomendo uma visita. .

Siempre las habitaciones tienen un buen precio. Hotel dotado de amplias habitaciones, Restaurante y parking. Supermarket y Beefeater Pub están al otro lado de la calle. Con una ubicación ideal, excelente desayuno y un personal increíble, definitivamente recomiendo una visita. .

Bed was the worst I've ever slept in not what I expect from the Hilton. No phone in the room and toilet seat was off the hinge, not worth the money better stay in a budget on this one to be honest! Staff are trying though but essentials missing. Cama foi o pior que eu já dormi, não o que eu esperava do Hilton. Nenhum telefone no quarto e assento do vaso sanitário estava fora da dobradiça, não vale o dinheiro, melhor ficar em um orçamento neste para ser honesto! A equipe está tentando, mas falta o essencial.

Good hotel mostly. I enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant, although the restaurant is quite expensive.Overall my room was comfortable My room felt quite dark as there was no main room light. The shower pours water on the floor, despite the shower curtain being utilised. The shower needs a small screen at least in addition to the curtain. The TV and mini fridge was a bit dated for a luxury room. The room air-con didn't cool the room very much, but made plenty of sound.The fitness suite was a bit of a joke, I was hoping for a larger and better equipped gym. It wasn't obvious from the website that it was just a small room with a couple of cardio machines in it. Bom hotel principalmente. Gostei do café da manhã e do restaurante, embora o restaurante seja bastante caro.No geral, meu quarto era confortável. Meu quarto parecia bastante escuro, pois não havia luz principal no quarto. O chuveiro derrama água no chão, apesar da cortina do chuveiro ser utilizada. O chuveiro precisa de uma pequena tela, pelo menos, além da cortina. A TV e frigobar era um pouco datado para um quarto de luxo. O ar-condicionado do quarto não esfria muito o quarto, mas fazia bastante som.A sala de ginástica era uma piada, eu esperava uma academia maior e melhor equipada. Não era óbvio a partir do site que era apenas uma pequena sala com um par de máquinas de cardio.

Even though this hotel is right next to the hotel when you're in your room it's blissfully quiet. The moment you walk through the door this place shouts class. So much better than the other chains out there. Got greeted by a lovely member of staff who once checked me in gave me a little warm complimentary cookie 🍪 which was a lovely touch. Room has USB sockets every (finally) so multiple devices can be charged at once. Very clean classically modern style. Looking forward to my sleep here. Embora este hotel esteja bem ao lado do hotel, quando você está no seu quarto, é muito tranquilo. No momento em que você entra pela porta, este lugar grita classe. Muito melhor do que as outras cadeias lá fora. Fui recebido por um adorável membro da equipe que uma vez me registrou e me deu um pequeno biscoito quente de cortesia 🍪 que foi um toque adorável. O quarto tem entradas USB a cada (finalmente) para que vários dispositivos possam ser carregados ao mesmo tempo. Muito limpo estilo clássico moderno. Ansioso para o meu sono aqui.

A pesar de que este hotel está justo al lado del hotel, cuando estás en tu habitación es maravillosamente tranquilo. En el momento en que cruzas la puerta, este lugar grita clase. Mucho mejor que las otras cadenas por ahí. Me recibió un encantador miembro del personal que una vez me registró y me dio una pequeña galleta cálida de cortesía, que fue un toque encantador. La habitación tiene tomas USB cada (finalmente) para que se puedan cargar varios dispositivos a la vez. Estilo clásico moderno muy limpio. Mirando hacia adelante a mi sueño aquí.

Disfruté el desayuno y el restaurante, aunque el restaurante es bastante caro.En general, mi habitación era cómoda. Mi habitación se sentía bastante oscura ya que no había luz en la habitación principal. La ducha vierte agua en el suelo, a pesar de que se utiliza la cortina de la ducha. La ducha necesita una mampara pequeña al menos además de la cortina. La televisión y la mini nevera estaban un poco anticuadas para una habitación de lujo. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no refrescaba mucho la habitación, pero hacía mucho ruido.El gimnasio era un poco una broma, esperaba un gimnasio más grande y mejor equipado. No era obvio en el sitio web que era solo una pequeña habitación con un par de máquinas de cardio.

No había teléfono en la habitación y el asiento del inodoro estaba fuera de la bisagra, ¡no vale la pena el dinero, mejor manténgase en un presupuesto en este para ser honesto! Traveled a very long was, got too the hotel checked in all looked good. Went to the room with my wife and Son aged 2. The room was a mess! Crisp crumbs on the floor, half empty bottle and a empty bottle of water behind the tv and down the side of the sofa. The bed was crunching with broken springs. Went down to inform them of the incident and asked for the manager to not be seen him. The lady offered another room and apologised. She took me to look at the room available next door to first room and it was dirty. She we shocked herself. I was given a refund and left to find somewhere to stay however had no look so decided to bite the bullet after a long day and drive 3 hours home.

Welcome was lovely , was made to feel very appreciated. But on entering my floor I was hit by an overwhelming smell of curry and security? Then realising most of the rooms where occupied by a 'large family' .. after 20 minutes of constant door opening and closing I asked the reception what the situation with them was. I was then told by 7pm the noise will stop.. at 11.30pm I had to ring down to reception to complain about the further constant door opening and closing. I knew something wasn't right from the start as you shouldn't have security specifically on one floor.. the part about the curry isn't intended to come across as judgemental of racist but its just a fact. As soon as you come out of the lift the smellwould slap you straight in the face. Part of me thinks the very warm welcome was done to sweeten us as they knew what room they had put us in

A very good place to stay, all the staff without exception are polite and friendly, the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. A first glance the menu looks pricey but the quality of the food and portion sizes justify that. I personally didn't use the bar so I cannot comment on that area. All in all a very pleasant week in a very pleasant place. Um lugar muito bom para ficar, todos os funcionários sem exceção são educados e amigáveis, os quartos são bem equipados, limpos e confortáveis. À primeira vista, o menu parece caro, mas a qualidade da comida e os tamanhos das porções justificam isso. Eu pessoalmente não usei o bar, então não posso comentar sobre essa área. Todos em todos uma semana muito agradável em um lugar muito agradável.

Un muy buen lugar para alojarse, todo el personal sin excepción es educado y amable, las habitaciones están bien equipadas, limpias y cómodas. A primera vista, el menú parece caro, pero la calidad de la comida y el tamaño de las porciones lo justifican. Yo personalmente no usé la barra, así que no puedo comentar sobre esa área. en general, una semana muy agradable en un lugar muy agradable.
