“Room was not cleaned to standard. The shower drain clogged. Did not have a fitted sheet exposing the bare mattress. The light fixtures were dusty. Rust on some of the stainless steel fixtures. In stating the customer service was wonderful however the physical standards of the room did not meet dream expectations.”

“The location of the resort was great. However, this resort is in dire need of a renovation. The rooms look old and outdated. Although, they claim to cater to adults and couples. This resort is clearly for families and children. As an adult traveller it felt like being at Disney. The food was HORRIBLE (no variety and it was often cold). For North American travelers, a large portion of the staff her don't speak English like in Cancun and other popular Mexican tourist areas. I was on the resort private beach and resort allowed local people to walk up to you and sell stuff! (I was shocked and annoyed).”
