“This hotel is super outdated. It needs to be completely renovated. We had a problem with our plumbing in both the toilet and shower, the heating system emitted a burning smell, the ceiling entry light flickered constantly, and the electric keypad on the door was broken so we had to keep going down to the front desk. I couldn't express my frustration to the housekeeping staff because the ones on duty didn't speak English well. I would have given 1 star but the staff was very accommodating and the manager helped us a lot. I love the Marriott brand but I wouldn't stay here at this location again until they bring this place up to code.”

“Quartos bem cuidados, limpos e confortáveis. Uma localização muito tranquila na verdade, mas não muito longe de 91 tão bons acessos. Piscina, ginásio, etc amenidades, o pequeno-almoço é uma mistura típica de quente e continental. A equipe é muito útil e agradável. Todo o HVAC nos quartos está em excelentes condições de funcionamento. A área de estacionamento é um pouco apertada, mas há um lugar para estacionar, mas não é o mais conveniente na área do estacionamento ao lado da rodovia. Definitivamente uma ótima opção se você quiser uma localização centralizada para a área de Hartford/Springfield/Northampton/amherst. Não é uma tonelada de restaurantes ou brewpub/taprooms nas proximidades, mas muitos a 15-20 minutos de carro, então não é ruim.”
