Exceptional hotel with an obvious focus on customer service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and graciously hospitable. The location is tucked away in a quaint part of the city and in walking distance to independently owned restaurants, breweries, and shopping. There aren't many other hotels that offer such a unique experience, especially in times like these.

Experiência horrível. Eu não recomendo ficar neste hotel. O barman foi extremamente rude. Ele perseguiu meu marido quando estávamos saindo para verificar se tínhamos encerrado nossa conta com ele. A conta havia sido paga horas antes e devolvida a ele. O manobrista custava US $ 35 por dia e levaram mais de 30 minutos para recuperar nosso veículo. Há uma inclinação bastante íngreme para chegar ao hotel ao caminhar. Estava extremamente gelado e eles não fizeram nada para limpar o caminho. Eu vi muitas pessoas escorregando enquanto subiam. Serviço de atendimento ao cliente ruim.

La cuenta se había pagado horas antes y se le había devuelto. El servicio de aparcacoches costaba $ 35 por día y tardaron más de 30 minutos en recuperar nuestro vehículo. Hay una pendiente bastante pronunciada para llegar al hotel caminando. Hacía mucho hielo y no hicieron nada para despejar el camino. Vi a muchas personas resbalar mientras subían. Horrible experience. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. Bartender was extremely rude. He chased down my husband when we were walking out to verify that we had closed out our tab with him. The tab had been paid hours before and given back to him. Valet was $35 a day and it took them over 30 minutes to retrieve our vehicle. There is a pretty steep incline to get to the hotel when walking around. It was extremely icy and they did nothing to clear off the walk way. I saw many people slip as they were walking up. Poor customer service.

Nossa viagem de aniversário foi INCRÍVEL. Os serviços foram excelentes, os quartos eram muito limpos, a equipe foi ótima! Há uma sensação nostálgica, mas nova neste lugar. Muitos restaurantes estão a uma curta distância, o Biltmore fica a menos de 15 minutos de distância. Aproveite os passeios gratuitos da Tesla oferecidos em 12 minutos. Ótima experiência.

Our anniversary trip was AHMAZING. Services was excellent, rooms were very clean, staff was great! There is a nostalgic but new feel to this place. Plenty of restaurant's in walking distance, The Biltmore is less than 15 min away. Take advantage of the free Tesla rides offered within 12 minutes. Great experience.

Até agora, este é meu hotel favorito no centro de Asheville. A localização deste hotel é a melhor parte. El personal era amable y servicial y el hotel estaba muy limpio.Sin embargo, sugeriría decirle a la gente acerca de los $ 28 al día por el servicio de aparcacoches. Hasta ahora, este es mi hotel favorito en el centro de Asheville. La ubicación de este hotel es la mejor parte. Estás justo en el medio del centro de la ciudad, con excelentes restaurantes a poca distancia. Nice place to stay. A quick walk to some great restaurants and breweries. Staff was friendly and helpful and hotel was very clean. However, I would suggest telling people about the $28 a day for valet parking. I was never told about that so slightly disappointed to find it on my bill at checkout. For a hotel that runs a $600 a night rate on weekends you would think that would be included or at the very least mentioned.

So far this is my favorite hotel in downtown Asheville. The location of this hotel is the best part. You are right in the middle of downtown with all fine dinning within walking distance. The grassy courtyard and shape of the hotel makes you feel like you are in a very private space. The rooms are beautiful and the entire staff makes you feel welcome. Already planning to book next years stay here.
