Passou 2 semanas nos 4 pontos. O quarto foi impecáveis, a equipe amigável, boa café-da-manhã com uma boa variedade. Meu quarto não tinha microondas mesmo depois de pedir um. A piscina estava fechada quase o tempo todo que eu estava lá. A porta do meu quarto ficou presa toda vez que eu tentei abri-la, então eu tive que usar meu ombro para abri-lo a cada vez. Eu não sou um bebedor, mas eu iria para o salão várias vezes e notei que o barman foi ótimo que ele poderia ter sido um comediante stand-up na verdade. O café da manhã foi excelente, mas eu não recomendaria o jantar, pelo menos, não os nachos eram terríveis. No geral foi uma estadia agradável.

Esta foi a minha segunda vez hospedado neste Four Points by Sheraton perto de Cincinnati. Mais uma vez fiquei muito impressionado com o check-in do pessoal hospitaleiro, especialmente com o meu check-in tão tarde. Eles foram rápidos e corteses e disseram que estavam me esperando. Fiquei muito satisfeito e confortável no meu quarto e me senti muito seguro. O hotel tem uma excelente localização, com muitos restaurantes e pontos turísticos maravilhosos nas proximidades e a uma curta distância de Cincinnati. Como eu esperava, achei meu quarto super aconchegante, aconchegante e limpo e não senti nenhum incômodo durante a noite, o que é sempre um grande bônus! Uau! Olá, queridas! Eu absolutamente adoro TODOS os maravilhosos e incríveis funcionários e professores deste hotel! Eles são literalmente as pessoas mais legais e doces com quem já trabalhei! Um grande grito para Emily e sua equipe para garantir que a festa de noivado da minha irmã fosse um sucesso absoluto! Conversamos e fizemos tudo profissionalmente e garantimos que seguíamos as regras por causa do COVID-19. Tínhamos muita coisa acontecendo para nosso convidado que estava vindo de outro estado para assistir e fazer parte da festa de noivado da minha irmã. O salão de recepção, mesas, cadeiras, tudo sobre 3 de outubro de 2020 foi uma bênção absoluta e apenas uma noite cheia de pessoas incríveis. Eles se adaptaram e compreenderam todas as nossas acomodações, além de serem gentis e atenciosos. O hotel estava limpo, os quartos eram ótimos, sim, a piscina, o bar e quase tudo estava fechado no momento por causa do COVID. As pessoas que reclamam precisam entender que não têm controle do que está aberto e do que está fechado! Wow! Hello babes! I absolutely adore ALL of the wonderful, amazing staff and faculty members at this hotel! They are literally the coolest and sweetest folks I’ve ever worked with! A huge shoutout to Emily and her crew for making sure my sister’s engagement party was an absolute success! We talked and did everything professional and made sure we followed the rules because of COVID-19. We had a great deal going on for our guest who were coming out of state to watch and be part of my sister’s engagement party. The reception hall, tables, chairs, everything about October 3rd, 2020 was an absolute blessing and just a night filled with amazing people. They fit and understood all of our accommodations as well as being sweet and thoughtful. Hotel was clean, rooms were great, yes the pool, bar, and pretty much everything was closed at the moment because of COVID. People that are complaining need to understand they have no control of what is open and what is close! So please be nice and be thankful for what they can offer!😊 I can’t wait until I get engaged or anything exciting pops up! I know where to RSVP..👍🏽

Everything was closed no pool usage, no work out room, no food, with nothing available it should have been cheaper. It was nice but no extras.

Esta fue la segunda vez que me alojo en este Four Points by Sheraton cerca de Cincinnati. Una vez más, me quedé muy impresionado por la gente hospitalaria que se registró, especialmente con mi registro tan tarde. Fueron rápidos y corteses y dijeron que me habían estado esperando. Estaba muy contento y cómodo en mi habitación y me sentí muy seguro. El hotel está en una excelente ubicación con muchos lugares maravillosos para comer y lugares de interés cercanos y un corto viaje diario a Cincinnati. Como esperaba, encontré mi habitación súper acogedora, cálida y limpia y no experimenté ninguna molestia durante la noche, lo cual siempre es una gran ventaja. Todas las habitaciones y la planta principal están actualizadas y ofrecen todo lo mejor que puede pedir. Todavía no he tenido la oportunidad de desayunar, pero estoy seguro de que es fantástico. Spent 2 weeks at the 4 points. The room was clean, staff friendly, good breakfast with a good variety. My room did not have a microwave even after asking for one. The pool was closed almost the entire time I was there. My room door stuck every time I tried to open it so I had to use my shoulder to get it open each time. I am not a drinker but I'd go down to the lounge several times and noticed that the bartender was great he could have been a stand-up comedian in fact. The breakfast was great but I would not recommend the dinner at least not the nachos they were terrible. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This was my second time staying at this Four Points by Sheraton near Cincinnati. Once I again I was very impressed by the hospitable folks check-in, especially with my checking in so late. They were prompt and courteous and said they had been expecting me. I was very pleased and comfortable in my room and felt very safe. The hotel is in a great location with many wonderful eats and sights nearby and a short commute into Cincinnati. As I expected I found my room super cozy, warm and clean and I didn't experience any disturbances during the night which is always a major bonus! All rooms and main floor are up-to-date and offer all the best you can ask for. I still haven't had the opportunity to eat their breakfast, but I'm certain it's fantastic. If you're in the area or plan on being in the area and want a great hotel this one is definitely worth staying out, I'll certainly be back AGAIN the next time I find my self in or around Cincinnati!
