“The service here when I checked in was amazing. Jonah was fantastic, and never got flustered despite a long line and other guests who were challenging to check in. The room was very basic, old and rundown. The carpet was dirty, and the Carpet Lumps in my photos are hard lumps of what feels like concrete under the carpet. The toilet seat was cheap and it shifted when you sat on it. The drain in the bathroom sink drained slowly, so the sink would fill with water. The floor in the bathroom heaved up a bit, so when you stepped, it would give and make a loud popping noise. The furnishings themselves were well loved and past their prime. The TVs lost signal for about 6 hours overnight, and during that time the phones also didn't work. The bed was comfortable. The climate control was finicky and loud. It was very odd that one degree difference caused the room to be either very cold or too hot if I bumped it up a degree. I felt like Goldilocks adjusting the temperature in the room. Service was OUTSTANDING, I cannot say enough for my friends at the front desk. However, I don't plan to stay here again. It doesn't meet the standards of other Sheratons out there. Frankly, I'd be disappointed even if this was a much less expensive chain.”

“Honest Review. Relatively 3/5 Clean (Shower, and Carpet needed cleaning, dusty) but overall clean enough. Bed was SUPER comfy, King size bed room… with “queen size pillows?” It’s ok - they were very comfortable and plush. The staff were courteous - wouldn’t go as far as to say “friendly”, they weren’t, but not rude. It is very centrally located 7 minutes from MSP AIRPORT and from Mall of America. The hotel needs an obvious refurb. It has ceiling yellow leak stains (we were on second floor unit) carpet stains, broken furniture, beat up furniture, moldy shower, and very “below average” appearance. There is no dark shade curtains so no way of blocking outside light - what’s up with that? — All In all it was a good price and a relatively comfortable stay… but it’s far from a 4 star quality hotel. It’s above par for a Motel and subpar for a Hotel specially from this Sheraton chain.”
