“First of all the star-rating here in Italy is different than in the other european countries. This hotel would not be a 4 star hotel in Germany or anywhere else. So to begin with I have stayed here for 4 days with my family. Positivities: - The hotel has a big nice green park which is surrounded by the hotel's buildings. - The hotel has big two outside pools which are really cozy and nice. - We only had breakfast inclusive and it was great, many options to choose from. - The hotel has an underground garage to park into. It was nice.(It is 10€/day) Negativities: - The cleaning service is a joke, the room has not been hoovered or cleaned at all. The lady just put the blanket's side under the bed's matress and that's it. She did not change the towels at all or anything like that. - We have had problems with the wifi on the first day. There was not any wifi in the room at all. Then I called the reception she told me to reconnect even tought I have explained her that I had not seen any wifi hotspots to connect to. (Lmao) - The hotel's surroundings are abandoned buildings which is not so nice. - Who makes the hotel pool bar bartender laugh will get a chocolate from me. He did not have any smile at all, he was polite but not really customer friendly to say the least. - There is no gym in the hotel at all, it's lie on their website. I had borught my gym stuff with me and to my disappointment there was not a gym. I even asked the receptionist if is there any, she said "there is no gym here". - The hotel had indoor pools with pictures online but it was under construction. But it had not been written on their website that it is out or order or anything. - Our hotel room had scratched wooden floors. - Our room's bathroom had no windows which was okay but the shower is a bathtub with a small glass on the side. This is not a 4 star hotel bathroom in my opinion. - The hotel has no beach side that's a lie as well. To conclude I would not stay here again. It does not worth the price that they ask for.”

“Sorry, this just wasn't a good stay for us. The rooms and the hotel are outdated. On the plus side, they were clean (the bathroom had mold tho) and the gardens are neatly maintained. HOWEVER the staff was rude, not interested and behaved irritated when the slightest inconvenience occured to them. Not even once we were asked how our stay was, even though we stayed for almost a week. 5/6 times I went by the reception I felt like I was less then the dirt in the streets. The swimming pool is quite beautiful however the lifeguards are so visibly annoyed and irritated that you feel out of place all the time. Example: When another guest dropped a wineglass close to the pool area, the lifeguard acted as the guest walked over a freshly paved patch of cement and showed both verbally and physically his irritation. This hotel has the oppertunity to be ok or even good, however in my opinion a new employee culture is more necessary than the already required refurbishments.”
