“This hotel was lovely.I stayed in October last year for a week by myself and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge but no kettle but I always take my own! Great to be on the top floor, nice views and the sky is lovely at night. Nice bathroom with hot water all the time and a few supplies like shampoo etc. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The dining room was big and there was plenty of choice with the food. The pool is small and the waterfall noise is irritating as it's on all day so I put earphones in with music if I was near the pool. The lounge and bar area was nice and inviting. There was a board with excursion days to book with the hotel. Bike hire which I took advantage of. Staff were lovely and friendly. The location is very close to everything so it can be noisy at times. I really liked it here and will probably stay again in the future,I've stayed in a few H10 hotels and all have been great. “Stayed here with my partner in August 2017, this was my fourth visit to Salou. The hotel is listed as 4 stars but having visited and stayed for 2 weeks I wouldn't rate it that high. The entertainment in the evenings wasn't great and the food was extremely limited and poor. We opted for half board so that we had meals already paid for and we wish we hadn't bothered as ended up having to go out elsewhere almost every single night which was an added expense we didn't prepare for with our spending money.On two occasions in the bar area there were huge cockroaches just laying around on the floor. The bedrooms were odd too, my partner and I were each on a single bed each instead of a shared double bed which seemed unusual, and there was a constant smell of urine coming from the bathroom, even after being cleaned by the room attendants in the mornings. Over all the hotel was decent enough, I wouldn't choose to stay there again though I will visit Salou again.”
