Room was clean but had a few things that needed fixing (shower nobs, mirror had a permanent fuzzy spot) also no fridge and we waited 30 min for them to bring up the pack and play. I usually stay at this hotel during my monthly trips to Chicago. The staff is AWESOME! Everyone is nice, they remember my name and the fact that I like sugar cookies. I'm disappointed in the hotel...
