“All-Inclusive Resort with wonderful service & amenities. We stayed in the Adults Only Side "Heaven" Each room has its own balcony with hammock & 2nd balcony with jacuzzi. Loved the natural pools that feed into the ocean. Food was wonderful with lots to do every day!”

“Stayed here for a week on the Heaven side and overall we had a great experience. Staff was always asking if you needed a drink or anything else. The swim up bar pool was usually full, we went to the pool on the side of it which was a much quieter crowd and more relaxing. We did not enjoy how many areas they had for members only. If we would of known this prior to booking we would have booked to include this. Food was overall all good, our favorite was the hibachi at Zen. We booked a tour through one of their tours desk and everything went smooth and we had a great time! Every resort I have been too has positives and negatives and this one was definitely on the positive side. The staff makes this place what it is and they are lucky to have the hard working and caring employees they have!”
