“My wife and I stayed for four nights and my only regret was that it wasn't for longer! The staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially the manager of guest experience Chloe Binham, who's incredible manner and knowledge of the hotel and local area was very comforting and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable with everything you can possibly need. Including, coffee machine, water and comprehensive mini bar. The facilities were brilliant and well designed from the restaurants to the perfectly heated pools. I will definitely return as soon as possible and can't recommend this place highly enough.”

“I usually wait until I am home to write a review but I can’t praise this hotel enough. The staff are so helpful and always cheerful. The room with ocean view is just beautiful. I never sleep well when I’m away from home but have slept like a baby for the last 2 nights. There had previously been an issue with our booking and Sonia & Paola sorted it without and hesitation. We have been to lanzarote for many years at Christmas but never stayed in Puerto Calero before. We love the area With its lovely harbour and would highly recommend staying at Secrets. Just superb.”
