“Cosas buenas: Las habitaciones estaban limpias y agradables. La gente de recepción era amable y servicial. No tan bueno: (1) Las personas que contestan el teléfono cuando marca 0 no son muy amigables ni conocedoras. Pregunté por una caja fuerte en la habitación y la mujer no sabía si mi habitación debería tener una. Tenía que averiguarlo y devolverme la llamada. (2) ¡No hay caja fuerte en la habitación para guardar mis objetos de valor! Nunca había visto esto antes en ningún hotel y fue impactante. (3) Cuando llamé para solicitar el recibo de mi estadía con fines de reembolso (no me lo proporcionaron automáticamente), el hombre del teléfono actuó como si estuviera molesto porque le estaba preguntando y solo me lo envió por correo electrónico de mala gana. (4) ¡El área del vestíbulo y los pasillos estaban muy calientes! No veía la hora de salir del edificio porque, incluso a finales de junio, el aire exterior me hacía sudar menos.”

“I stayed here with my family for about a week recently and it was not a great experience. When you walk in the front door, you aren't sure if you are in a construction zone or the lobby. Not to mention, you can hear the banging of a hammer at 8:30 in the morning! When we wanted to go to the gym, the gym was closed as well! As a Hilton honors member, I expected a much higher standard by far. The staff was not very friendly or accommodating, although, they did provide toilet paper, towels and coffee when asked. 3 days went by and the room was never restocked, by request only, apparently.
We were misinformed about several aspects of our stay and we would expect much better customer service from a corporate company that holds themselves to such a high standard. Seriously considering canceling my Hilton rewards credit card as this was the worst hotel experience I have had and would not want to go back.”
