“Bonito hotel, edificio nuevo. Pero el personal parece estar encontrando su camino en un nuevo trabajo o abrumado por el trabajo y no está cumpliendo con las expectativas. Oferta de desayuno promedio. Menú de cena monótono en el restaurante. Algunas alfombras del piso de la habitación requieren una limpieza profunda o un cambio. El alfiler de salida del aparcamiento se coloca en un ángulo que es difícil de tocar desde el coche sin maniobrar mucho o salir.”

“Great place to stay.We followed the Racecourse signs through the town (contrary to Google directions) and took care crossing the A18 into the hotel carpark.Note the charge for carparking.The hotel is a fine example of a Hilton Garden Inn.Rooms are modern, of reasonable size and spotlessly clean.The usual provisions are supplied and there are a couple of plugs with single USB charging points.Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful throughout our stay.In these strange times, special efforts have clearly been made by the hotel to make your stay as safe as possible.Certainly we had no concerns in this area at all.I'm not sure how the hotel would be on race days, but at other times we would thoroughly recommend it.”
