Não fique no quarto 110 se você precisar dormir até tarde. O som salta para o quarto e o serviço de limpeza toca música enquanto trabalha cedo. Sem etiqueta Não perturbe para pendurar. Eles nos acordaram cedo. Podíamos ouvir tudo acontecendo fora de nossa porta. Sem descanso para tge cansado. Caso contrário, foi um bom lugar limpo para ficar e todos foram muito agradáveis.

No obtenga la habitación 110 si necesita dormir. El sonido rebota en la habitación y el servicio de limpieza toca música mientras trabaja temprano. Etiqueta No No Molestar para colgar. Nos despertaron temprano. Podíamos oír todo lo que sucede fuera de nuestra puerta. No hay descanso para los cansados. De lo contrario, fue un lugar agradable y limpio para quedarse y todos fueron muy amables.

We truly enjoyed staying in our suite at this Hilton Garden Inn! It had all the amenities we needed and a very comfortable bed. Without exception, the people on staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. We had a great experience !

Don't get room 110 if you need to sleep in. Sound bounces into the room & housekeeping plays music while working early. No Do Not Disturb tag to hang. They woke us up early. We could hear everything happening outside our door. No rest for tge weary. Otherwise it was a nice clean place to stay & everyone was very nice.

Cuidado com as taxas de bar/grill, 64 $ taxas adicionadas à minha conta e o recepcionista foi muito rude! Disse que precisava falar com o gerente que não retornou meu telefonema/mensagem de e-mail. Quando pedi ao funcionário seu nome para denunciá-lo, ele me deu um nome falso.Atualização em 11/07/22 - O gerente Kevin Mousavi afirmou que trabalharia para obter o reembolso das cobranças na minha conta há 2 meses, a partir de hoje - ainda não fui reembolsado. O serviço continua a descer.

Beware of bar/grill charges, 64$ charges added to my bill and the front desk clerk was very rude!Said I needed to speak with manager who has not returned my phone call/email message. When I asked clerk his name to report him- he gave me a bogus name.Update as of 7/11/22- Manager Kevin Mousavi stated that he would work on getting refund for charges to my account 2 months ago, as of today- I still have not been refunded.Service continues to go downhill.

People were nice and switched my room without hesitation. Few places to eat within walking distance is always nice as well when traveling. The front desk was full of smiles and very pleasing to talk to you. Overall great experience

A equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa e educada. Tivemos um caso em que um hóspede indisciplinado nos confrontou e nos disse que precisávamos sair. Não importa o quão educadamente tentássemos difundir a situação, ele não se acalmava e nos deixava em paz. Por sorte, a Ana da recepção interveio e conseguiu nos tirar da situação e fazer com que o hóspede voltasse ao seu quarto. A partir desta experiência, foi-me mostrado que este hotel tem funcionários atenciosos e profissionais e que a gestão faz um excelente trabalho de verificação e contratação de funcionários adequados. Eu recomendo ficar aqui a partir desta experiência sozinho. Fora isso, tudo estava limpo, organizado e profissional.

O serviço de recepção foi fabuloso. Evan, em particular, foi tão complacente. Eu tinha falado com ele várias vezes antes de chegarmos e por telefone e pessoalmente foi uma jóia! Eu tinha 3 quartos (e parentes tinham pelo menos mais 10 para um casamento) e meu quarto tinha uma geladeira quebrada então perdi minhas sobras de um restaurante caro, outro quarto tinha problemas com a chave da porta e finalmente descobri que a bateria na porta estava morta . Mesmo quarto tinha problemas de encanamento que nunca foram resolvidos. As camas eram duras foi uma reclamação de todos os meus parentes que ficaram em outros quartos.

Front desk service was fabulous.Evan, in particular, was so accommodating.I had talked to him several times before we arrived and over the phone and in person was a gem!I had 3 rooms (and relatives had at least 10 more for a wedding) and my room had a broken refrigerator so I lost my leftovers from an expensive restaurant, another room had door key issues and finally found out the battery in the door was dead. Same room had plumbing issues that never got resolved. The beds were hard was a complaint from all my relatives that stayed in other rooms.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and polite. We had an instance where an unruly guest confronted us and was telling us we needed to leave. No matter how politely we tried to diffuse the situation he would not calm down and leave us alone. Luckily, Ana at the front desk stepped in and was able to remove us from the situation and get the guest to return to his room. From this experience, I was shown that this hotel has caring and professional staff and that the management does an excellent job vetting and hiring appropriate staff members. I would highly recommend staying here from this experience alone. Other than that, everything was clean, organized, and professional.
