“An amazing spa day spent with my family, Armandos (spelling is most likely incorrect) on reception was so attentive. Such a warm welcome, nothing was too much. Fantastic service! Great facilities, I had a massage from Inga which was heavenly. My sister and mother also commentated on how relaxing there massages where. We will definitely come back.”

“Spent 2 nights in a conference. I had requested a late check out (1600hrs check out as flight was at 2030hrs) and was only told at the time of checking in that they could only extend by 1-2hrs max. I wish they had told me earlier so I could have made alternative arrangements. Separately, the room and cleanliness are acceptable. The staff at breakfast are very helpful. The lunch and dinner buffet was dismal.”
