“Being a gold member m after being told by representative ken kids half board is inclusive the hotel denied it
The safe in the room was not working m they did not send anyone
Rooms where too hot when asked to fix they simply said to open the windows
Spa major things she not working n thu did not had towels too
Food In restaurant was very bad n cold
Had ordered boiled rice m when complained any it half cooked they said eat it as it is
