“Excellent staff and service! The room was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was a step above! This is a great place to stay even on a budget. We had reservations at another hotel for part of our vacation, but we cancelled after a few days and returned to Chang An West. The restuarants were all excellent too! I highly reccomend this to anyone looking for a hotel in Beijing. Did I mention how great the staff was?? Excellent staff, great dining inside the hotel. Air conditioning not available in winter months.”
