“We travel a lot and truth be told are never really a fan of SF but love when we find a great hotel. This Holiday Inn was amazing. Alex at the front was so nice, super friendly and genuinely helpful. Not often we see people who love their jobs (or are good at faking it lol). It’s right next to a lot of fun bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was super nice. We ended up in room 1100 and the view was phenomenal.”

“Had a nice stay. Staff were friendly and the on-site coin laundry was very convenient. It is an older building however, sound travels through the walls and doors rather easily. The air condition was VERY loud. And some parts of the room were certainly dated. However the wifi was good and overall would consider coming back.”
