Nós ficamos em um quarto acessível devido à falta de mobilidade, não foi uma boa visita e com base nesta experiência, não escolheríamos Holiday Inn novamente. A condição do quarto era velha e cansada com características estranhas, como a cama era mais larga do que a cabeceira da cama - prateleira na cama ... a roupa de cama estava manchada, mas "limpa". A pior característica é o banheiro com corrimãos variados, um banheiro muito alto e uma banheira! Como você pode esperar que uma pessoa com deficiência entre na banheira! deve ser uma sala úmida ou chuveiro de entrada muito baixa.Em uma nota positiva, café da manhã e equipe 10/10, então, em resumo, não fique, mas ligue para o café da manhã!

Definitely one of the more modern and tidy Holiday Inns I have stayed in. Very clean and in a good state of repair. The menu via the QR code in each room is the same in alot of Holiday Inns and is pretty uninspiring. Not a great choice, the description of what you get with certain dishes is lacking in detail. Breakfast during lockdown is very good, tasty, hot choices all available for collection or room service. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Telephone booking line was impossible to ask simple questions as we were just was not understood. This happened with two different operators which kept us on the phone over 20mins each time. Booked a double bed, mix up & got twin beds although after arriving this was eventually sorted but it was late & we were tired. No complementary shampoo etc in the bathroom at £105 a night! + 2 sugar sachets! Staff on front desk friendly & helpful though.

The best hotel I've stayed in since the start of lock down. This is a genuine claim from someone who has spent at least 3 nights a week in hotels since March 2020. You can feel safe and will be well looked after here.

Lovely hotel with a clean spacious room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Didn't give it 5 stars, as let down by not being able to use the pool due to swimming lessons! I know there are limits set due to Corona virus but when you pay extra to stay in a hotel with a pool, then you expect to be able to use it 🙁

Just had a mini break with my daughter in law and 2 grandchildren. Hotel was really good. Staff friendly. Rooms big, 2 double beds, tea & coffee facilities. Nice view. Very good price and the children were free. Breakfast was included, help yourself to cold with everything individually wrapped, even cling film over the juice and 2 slices of bread! but hot was served to you. We used the pool twice which we had to book. Plenty of towels provided. Only downside, besides wearing masks in the public areas including corridors ( but that's the present climate) was that your room is only cleaned, bins emptied etc. if you request it!! Only found this out after our second day out and our bins were still full! Maybe on checking in it could be mentioned about 'housekeeping' being on request. Would have no qualms about staying there again as it was central for what we wanted to do.

Para mí regularmente, ya que está a solo 20 minutos de una oficina que uso con regularidad. Muy práctico para salir de la M62 y con fácil acceso a Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Leeds y Wakefield.El personal siempre es muy amable e incluye un gimnasio bien equipado (no es que lo use)El bar y el restaurante están recién hechos y el desayuno es bueno. También el lunes por la noche es noche de curry, gran fuente de varios curry por £ 20, vale la pena.

Parada regular para mim, pois fica a apenas 20 minutos de um escritório que uso regularmente. Muito prático para sair da M62 e com fácil acesso a Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Leeds e Wakefield.Os funcionários são sempre muito simpáticos e incluem um health club bem equipado (não que eu o use)Bar e restaurante parecem reformados recentemente e café da manhã é bom. Também segunda-feira à noite é noite de curry, grande prato de vários curry por £ 20, vale a pena.

Regular stop for me as it’s only about 20 mins from an office I use regularly. Really handy to get to off the M62 and within easy reach of Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Leeds & Wakefield.Staff are always really friendly and includes a well equipped health club (not that I use it)Bar and restaurant look recently done up and breakfast is good. Also Monday night is curry night, big platter of various curry for £20, well worth it.

Nos alojamos en una habitación accesible debido a la falta de movilidad, no fue una buena visita y, según esta experiencia, no volveríamos a elegir Holiday Inn. La condición de la habitación era vieja y gastada, con características extrañas como la cama era más ancha que la cabecera - estante en la cama ... la ropa de cama estaba manchada pero "limpia". La peor característica es el baño con barras de apoyo variadas, un inodoro muy alto y una bañera. ¿Cómo se puede esperar que una persona discapacitada se suba a la bañera? debe ser un cuarto húmedo o una ducha de entrada muy baja.En una nota positiva, el desayuno y el personal 10/10, así que en resumen, ¡no se quede, llame para desayunar!

We stayed in an accessible room due to a lack of mobility, it was not a good visit and based on this one experience we would not choose Holiday Inn again. Room condition was old and tired with odd features like the bed was wider than the headboard - shelf in the bed... the bedding was stained but ‘clean’. The worst feature is the bathroom with assorted grab rails a very tall toilet and a bath!! How can you expect a disabled person to climb into a bath!should be a wet room or very low entry shower.On a positive note breakfast and staff 10/10, so in summary don’t stay but call in for breakfast!
