bom hotel, perto do aeroporto. O quarto é bem grande. O bar do hotel é bem legal também. Se você vai viajar cedo vale a pena ficar neste hotel.

Overall, not bad for one-night. Room was decent size. Price fit my budget. Reception staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean and shower was nice a hot. Room looked out onto the road, but didn't hear any noise from the road. Restaurant was decent. Food was okay, but not something I'd have again. The airport Hoppa stops at the hotel. Taxi service was on par with London prices. I'd stay here again if I have another one-day layover in London.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. In particular I would like to mention Ali at the bar and a special mention for Crisson who was attentive, helpful, warm and friendly and left us with a fuzzy warm feeling. This kind of customer service will leave us happy to return in the future. This was our second positive experience at this hotel. My only minor negative is that the menu is a bit basic and a little limited, but the food we had was very nice. I had chicken wings and my wife had popcorn cauliflower both of which were very tasty. For main I had the steak with tater tots and my wife had a cheese burger with loaded fries. Tater tots and loaded fries very tasty, burger was lovely, my steak was a bit fatty and chewy for my liking, but this is just my preference, others may like it this way and it was a rump steak so this is kind of par for the course. We will definitely be staying here again.

From the outside, hard pass! From the inside, not bad! The decor is cute, people are a bit slow, but kind and helpful. The room is small (as expected for the area), but the fixtures and bathroom is upgraded. Nothing here is aged looking, which is nice. The restaurant serves good (and well presented) food and it’s just a hop from the airport! Not too bad! Just know if you’re traveling from the US, their version of a ‘king’ bed here is actually a US size queen! So, quite a bit smaller. We took the 423 bus from the airport here, which took about 15-20 min. Overall review, yes I would recommend and would stay again.

Normally book this hotel for LHR, even Term 5 just a quick drive. My recent visit was good, very comfortable room, nice staff as always.My only complaint are the 3 Large TVs in the bar eating area, you could hardly hear yourself talk. Nobody was watching them, very anti social. We had one drink and went to a local Indian to eat.

Only stayed 1 night and arrived late in the evening but it was good. Quick to be checked in. Room was good size, clean, decent bed and bathroom. Range of options at breakfast. Quick to checkout. All good.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Room was a good size with a decent bathroom and good shower. Food was nice too, we had buffet so unable to comment on off the menu but they catered for vegan and that was delicious. Good choice at breakfast, again they had alternative milk. Great location for Heathrow, could watch the plans however couldn't hear them during the night and our window looked out onto Heathrow. Would stay again.

Staff is helpful and efficient. The restaurant has a really nice menu, atmosphere, and the food was DELICIOUS. Rooms are nicely decorated and make you feel happy becuase they are colorful and clean. There were a few small things that weren't perfect (no hair conditioner, the shower made a bit of mess because it wouldn't drain quickly enough ), but because there were so many good things I give it five stars!

Located 1 stop away on local bus from/to the Heathrow Bus Station (U3 bus goes from maybe 300 meters away from hotel reception). The breakfast was the standard you can find in other UK hotels, the staff were nice. Nice interior, the room looked great but: - truly cold with no radiators - no central control panel for lights meaning you need to switch them off I individually - no view - the street adjacent to the hotel looked really dodgy - the rooms are interconnecting which I thought is proper creepy

The staffs are nice. But they get things done really slowly. The breakfast was fine. The room service was amazing and I liked the food as well. I could see some airplanes taking off and landing at a pretty close distance in the room. Rooms are clean and tidy.

El cuarto era amplio, bien amueblado y limpio. Me quedé junto dos personas más por una semana en un cuarto en el primer piso. Había una puerta cerrada que conectaba al cuarto contiguo, por lo que no había buena insolación. Cada día faltaba una toalla, por lo que había que volver a pedirla, además, dejaban solo un rollo de papel higiénico y debimos pedir adicional con frecuencia. Reponen todos los días con jabones y shampoo, no me dieron alergia por lo que estuve contenta. El desayuno estaba incluido y era estilo buffet, comida correcta y variada, no muchas opciones veganas, solo mix de frutas que no eran frescos, parecían de lata. Servicio a la habitación las 24hrs, atención cobro de 6000 libras para dejar la comida a la habitación. La ubicación es excelente, un bus al aeropuerto pasa por el frente del hotel, hay paraderos al frente y a unos minutos a pie. A nivel de servicio no fue sobresaliente, algunos agradables y otros no muy motivados.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto y el taxi solo cuesta 10 libras si lo llaman desde el hotel por un acuerdo que tienen. Aunque están de reformas, me tocó una habitación sin reformar y se notaba que necesitaba bastante mantenimiento. A lo mejor la próxima vez tenga más suerte y me toque una habitación reformada. De precio era de lo más barato alrededor del aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo, aunque por ahora sólo le pongo 3 estrellas

Cerca del aeropuerto. En taxi, 10 libras. Buena opción para vuelos tempranos de Heathrow o conexiones con noche en Londres. Habitaciones renovadas,amplias y limpias. El servicio en recepción (Ghassan) muy atento, amable, profesional y rápido. Recomendable.

Las reservas no las anulan como dicen Nos equivocamos de dia al realizarlas el sistema la reservo para 30 dias despues y no quisieron abonarlas a nuestra estadia aun ofreciendo una diferencia mayor. Caro para lo que es.. A los Chilenos no se los recomiendo mejores alternativas en el sector Las habitaciones son para 3 estrellas..
