The person at the front desk when I checked in told me to make sure I pay for the buffet at the front desk in the morning to get it for $10.99. He said don’t pay at buffet because they will charge you a higher price. In the morning they told me you can’t pay at the front desk and there is no discount. I don’t care about the money but I do care about people scamming me and refuse to give me the price that was quoted by their employee. I will never stay in the holiday inn again.

Sujo e sem manutenção. Mofo nas paredes (preto e branco mostrado em apenas um ponto de muitos nas minhas fotos) os cartões-chave precisam ser redefinidos repetidamente. Não há café da manhã gratuito como anunciado (US $ 15) e a piscina é menor que as fotos. Os chuveiros têm quente e quente completo, não há como resfriá-los. Não voltaria. Deu duas estrelas porque o bar é muito limpo, a equipe é ótima e a comida é excelente. Enganador e sujo resumiria a minha estadia. O papel de parede está rasgado e caindo das paredes, os chuveiros são nojentos. Quando cheguei do outro lado do país, eles começaram com "não temos um quarto para você" (já pago há mais de um mês) depois de ler alguns dos outros comentários, percebo que meu comentário é o mesmo que muitos outros. Há até respostas do Holiday Inn dizendo que as mudanças foram feitas meses atrás, mas sinto que as mudanças não foram feitas ou são as mesmas. Eu tenho um colega de trabalho aqui também e ele foi jogado nos quartos por causa de problemas também. Nós nunca voltaremos e notificamos meu escritório corporativo para evitar colocar pessoas neste lugar. .

Dirty and lacking maintenance. Mold on the walls (black and white shown in only one spot of many in my pics) key cards have to be reset over and over. There is not free breakfast as advertised($15) and the pool is smaller then the pictures. The showers have hot and full hot, no way to cool them down. Would not come back. Gave two stars because the bar is very clean, staff is great and the food is excellent. Misleading and dirty would sum up my stay. Wall paper is torn and falling off of the walls, showers are disgusting. When I arrived from the other side of the country, they started off with “we don’t have a room for you” (been prepaid for over a month) after reading some of the other reviews I realize my review is the same as many others. There are even responses from holiday inn saying changes have been made months ago but I feel the changes were not made or they are the same. I have a coworker staying here as well and he has been bounced around in the rooms because of issues as well. We will never be back and notified my corporate office to avoid putting people in this place..

Vim aqui para dar uma aula. Usamos a sala de banquetes por 3 dias. A comunicação prévia com Joe foi excelente. O quarto era perfeito para o que estávamos fazendo. Toda vez que fazíamos uma pausa, um novo lanche ou bebida era servido. Todos os mínimos detalhes ficaram perfeitos. Eu também fiquei em um quarto por 3 noites. Fui atualizado no check-in e muito feliz com tudo. O bar tem uma boa seleção, incluindo a cerveja de Bell. O restaurante no local está disponível para todas as 3 refeições. À noite entrei na banheira de hidromassagem e a temperatura estava perfeita, em torno de 103°F. Eu recomendaria este hotel para ninguém. O banquete é um espaço decente e, dependendo do que você precisa, provavelmente poderia acomodar 100 pessoas, embora tivéssemos cerca de 20. Joe e a equipe do Banquete foram acima e além para nós e usaremos essa instalação no próximo ano também. Usamos instalações para banquetes em todo o estado do Arizona e isso pode não ser o maior, mas é realmente o melhor!

Solo tuve un detalle que tardaron algo en arreglar (no había secadora de pelo en mi cuarto y si la necesitaba). La gente esta saturada, les hace falta personal de apoyo. Pero los que están lo hacen bien, y le meten ganas. El hotel está limpio y tranquilo

Came here to teach a class. We used the banquet room for 3 days. Prior communication with Joe was excellent. The room was perfect for what we were doing. Every time we took a break, a new snack or drink had been set out. All of the smallest details were perfect. I also stayed in a room for 3 nights. I was upgraded upon check in, and very happy with everything. The bar has a good selection including Bell’s beer. The on-site restaurant is available for all 3 meals. At night I went in the hot tub and the temperature was perfect, right around 103°f. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. The banquet is a decent space and depending on what you need it for, could likely accommodate 100 people, although we had about 20. Joe and the Banquet staff went above and beyond for us and we will be using this facility next year as well. We use banquet facilities around the state of Arizona and this may not be the biggest, but it is truly the best!!

Este hotel está muito desgastado. Reservei uma estadia para mim e meus amigos viajando de Sedona e, se não tivéssemos dirigido tão longe, teria cancelado e ficado em outro lugar. O tapete do quarto estava rasgado, o chuveiro não estava limpo, o cabelo na pia. O cara que nos registrou foi ótimo. Mas este hotel definitivamente precisa de atualização e limpezas supervisionadas.

Viajo a negócios (pré-pandemia) mais de 230 noites por ano. Esta propriedade está no meu top cinco "NÃO FICAR EM". Com o serviço de transporte do aeroporto para o hotel, a motorista gostou mais de estar no celular do que com os olhos na estrada. O check-in foi ok, mas não acolhedor. A pessoa da mesa noturna estava dormindo em um escritório diferente e não estava disponível para ajudar. O hotel é velho, sujo, muito sujo. O elevador, corredores, papel de parede rasgado, sujeira suja nas paredes, e o quarto estava todo sujo. O banheiro e o quarto tinham pelo menos dois meses de poeira nas superfícies. Eu fico no Holiday Inn Express por causa da excelente qualidade padrão. Esta propriedade deve perder sua franquia Holiday Inn Express e se tornar uma marca super barata.

This hotel is very worn. I booked a stay for me and my friends traveling from Sedona and had we not have driven so far, I would have canceled and stayed somewhere else. The carpet in the room was torn, shower was not clean, hair in the sink. The guy that checked us in was great. But this hotel definitely needs upgrading and supervised cleanings.

I travel for business (pre-pandemic) more than 230 nights a year. This property is in my top five "NOT TO STAY AT."With the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, the driver enjoyed being on her cellular more than eyes on the road. The check-in was okay but not welcoming. The night desk person was sound asleep in a different office and not available to assist. The hotel is old, dirty, really dirty. The elevator, halls, ripped wallpaper, grimy dirt on walls, and the room was all dirty. The bathroom and bedroom had at least two months of dust on surfaces. I stay at Holiday Inn Express because of the excellent standard quality. This property should lose its Holiday Inn Express franchise and become a super cheap brand.

O bom: minha esposa e eu chegamos em um voo atrasado para Phoenix. O transporte do hotel parou de funcionar, então o hotel enviou e pagou por um Lyft. A equipe foi agradável e útil. O café da manhã era saboroso e acessível, peça fora do menu ... melhor e mais barato que o buffet. Café gratuito no bar do restaurante. O não tão bom: Alguns dos móveis e tapetes devem ser substituídos. Solicitamos uma cama king size e recebemos 2 camas. É um hotel de aeroporto típico, conveniente para o aeroporto, mas só isso. Você não tem opções para caminhar para as refeições. Em resumo: reservei esta propriedade em um site de desconto e consegui uma boa tarifa. Precisávamos de um quarto por cerca de 12 horas por causa de um voo atrasado. Minhas necessidades foram atendidas e, nas mesmas circunstâncias, eu reservaria essa propriedade novamente se conseguisse uma boa tarifa.

The good: My wife and I arrived on a late flight into Phoenix. The hotel shuttle had stopped running so the hotel sent and paid for a Lyft. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and affordable, order off the menu... better and cheaper than the buffet. Free coffee on the bar in the restaurant. The not so good: Some of the furniture and carpets should be replaced. We requested a king and got 2 beds. Its a typical airport hotel, convenient for the airport but that's about it. You don't have options to walk to for meals. In summary: I booked this property on a discount site and got a good rate. We needed a room for about 12 hours because of a late flight. My needs were met and under the same circumstances I would book this property again if I got a good rate.
