“You walk through the door it has a very high end feel. That's where it ends, I check in and I'm asked for a deposit. I inquire about amenities. They don't even have $7 bottle of water in the room let alone a mini bar why deposit? The reps curt response was everyone does it. Maybe people take towels I gave her my card she said it was declined. I have zero balance .I hand it back to her she replies this one works. I said it was same card.. Her response whatever this one worked. I get in my room the heat doesn't work. They switch our room. The bath linens for lack of a better word are ruff. Not to disparage any other establishment its what you would expect at a 39.99 a night room. After three days I discover they charged me $100 to separate times and $93.17 the third night. I asked what's the issue. They gave me some answers about pending etc. I explained I'm in Operations. I'm aware of how banking works. I said 93.17 looks like something was charged to my room. I said you have just shy of $300 of my money and the room is already paid for. Finally, the answer I was given was they didn't know. And that I needed to watch my card for the next few days. The service is mediocre even without the rude person that check us in. This experience does not resemble a Marriott property. Needless to say I check in to another hotel.”

“We enjoyed staying here. I booked a 2bd suite for several days & I was happy to find small soaking tubs in both bathrooms, plus a washer & a dryer. The windows open, everyone wears a mask, and everything is spotlessly clean. Roomservice was pretty good (ya all need to get better cherries for your cocktails bc maraschinos are definitely not 4 star). Check-in was fast & friendly, parking was plentiful, and the Mississippi River view from our rooms was beautiful.criticisms: the bed sheets didn't stay on, both mine & my son's sheets came off repeatedly throughout the 3 nights we were here (this must be happening to the other guests too, which means we're all laying on the same bare mattresses and that's really gross). Also, the tv channels are seriously AWEFUL.there are 5 tvs in our suite (2 of them located inside of the bathroom mirrors), but all of the channels are for old men... nothing but fox news & espn... SO lame”
