“It's a great hotel, but it needs help. The services were not available and they kept blowing fuses. It is a great hotel that needs a little more help in reaching its goals. The rooms are immaculate.”

“The shuttle to and from the Xcel Center was a great accommodation and the bar service and food was great in the hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and great pillows. What I didn't like was the receptionist seemed like she was on something and the bathroom wasn't equipped with the shampoo/conditioner which sucked because I didn't bring anything and didn't realize that we didn't have any of the small samples until it was too late. So annoying. But all in all, I would definitely stay again, only because of the shuttle.”
