Pros: - the whole place is new and updated. Has a small open space with synthetic grass - ok location if you’d like to be close to shopping and restaurants Cons: - lousy housekeeping. Found a used glass in our room left by the last guest. The towels were folded in such a casual way that I wasn’t sure if they were used or new. - limited amenities. No lounge or breakfast provided for platinum members - Valet parking only and no self parking. So it can be inconvenient if you need your car every now and then.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Paseo! The location was wonderful (an easy walk to shopping and restaurants), the staff is very attentive and friendly, the room was quiet, spacious and spotless — all things you would expect. Where Hotel Paseo excels is in the unexpected. The art work, the fun vibe and the overall atmosphere makes this hotel different than a typical cookie cutter property. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff is rude. No one responds when you call. Tried to book spa appointments and no one called back. I wanted a room not in the ground floor. I was told if I paid $500 more per night - yes per night for 5 nights ($2,500) then I would be guaranteed a higher floor. I made these reservations two months in advance so I would have a request met. Spoke with Michael Murray, the manager who said my room type was confirmed in my email. It was not. Only if I opened ‘modify reservation’ would I have seen it. It’s a way for them to make money on your incorrect reservation. Please, with all the wonderful hotels in the Desert, you can do much better than this rip-off

Our new favorite hotel in Palm Desert! The location is absolutely perfect. Walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars to please almost every appetite. Staff is attentive, friendly, professional, and more than happy to assist. The hotel is spotless and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

I want to start by saying this is a few days after our visit and time to reflect on the full experience . Four days and three nights to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday that began with a being greeted by the valet and then one of the nicest front desk people ever. We had five other couples with us who all shared the same sentiments. Over the next few days we got to relax, enjoy all the amenities and walkability to all the shops. Was everything perfect, no, our room was not cleaned the entire visit but we got fresh towels when we asked. Even with that it was one of the best hotels ever! Took a yoga class that was phenomenal! Had some of the best cocktails by the pool! But what really made me sit back and think about the couple of days we spent was the valet team (and the first person who checked us in). When they found out it was my husband’s birthday they made him a card :) but they didn’t end there everywhere (within their 3 mile) radius they made it easy to get to a from. It has been a long time since I have met a team like this at hotel Paseo. The leadership here is doing something right. It’s clean above everything else. But if you take care of your people they will take care of your guests and that’s happening here. Just a great visit! We finally found out go to Palm desert hotel! Thank you for a superb visit!
