“Rooms are tired and AC is really weak within the rooms. Also, showed up at 5pm (check-in is 3pm) after checking in online (where it said the room was ready) and was told that the room wasn't ready. Seeing as we were staying there for a wedding and the shuttle left at 6:30, this was a problem. After a bit of a wait, they gave us another room, which was appreciated.”

“The staff was very nice and polite! They answered all of our questions with a smile and overall got a very nice response. The hotel room itself was very clean and offered a lot. The beds were comfy and the sink outside the bathroom allowed for multiple uses at once. I went with my siblings and we loved to pool! Very clean and the water is very pretty. The fitness room was also great, as there were a few machines to rotate around. Overall a very positive stay :)”
