Absolutely the perfect place to get out of the winter cold and soak up the sun 😎. But don't tell anyone!!! Left Seattle just before the snow and ice came down and enjoyed a week of high 60s to high 70s!!! The property - great pools, fun water slide + decent eating options on site. We really didn't need to leave but chose to, a few times to grab dinner out and see a movie. Our teens loved swimming, ping pong, and sitting by the fire pits (in the evening). Such a great experience.

Beautiful property, nice spacious rooms, and thoughtful amenities. Close to amazing restaurants and also enjoyed the on site dining offerings. However the staff and service set it apart for me- I had several interactions with the front desk, housekeeping, conference staff, Agave Sunset crew, and all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great venue for a conference and relaxing stay. Clean rooms, lobby, restaurants, pool area and landscaping. Expensive for sure, but it’s Palm Springs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On night 2 we had a super noisy neighbor and security seemed to take care of it quickly. Stayed 5 nights in November 2022 and look forward to coming back

The Hyatt at Indian Wells is a very nice hotel. We were there for four nights. The spa is absolutely fantastic. I have only three reasons as to why I gave this a three star rather then four: one is that there appears to be no room service. We went through their system by the in-room phone and we never did figure out whether they even serve breakfast or room service. Also, like most hotels now, you only get housekeeping after four nights. I am sure that hotels will say it is a staffing issue for both these areas but the rest of the resort as well as Palm Desert/Springs in general seems to be very well-staffed. Perhaps the biggest issue we had was that the room was too warm for sleeping. The thermostat would not go below 70. We called to request we be able to turn it down to 65 at night but the most they allowed was 68. Of course the system would only kick on once it reached 70 each time. Other than this, the staff were very professional and friendly.

The room was comfortable for the most part, but the towels could have been cleaner. Due to some guests next door and upstairs, there was a lot of racket. We were not pleased that they were so noisy. And, I have to say that their breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for what was offered and disappointing. However, the hotel staff were pretty friendly, and our kid really enjoyed the water slide. All and all, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!!! My whole family absolutely loved everything about this place!! Rooms were awesome, pools/entertainment were amazing and the food was great!!!! The cherry on top was that the service and staff were incredible!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY B3 BACK ASAP!!!!

Amamos esse resort. O spa foi fechado por causa de covid, mas foi para outro fora da propriedade. Era muito relaxante e tranquilo aqui, apenas algumas famílias e algumas crianças. O rio lento estava aberto de 11-7 e as piscinas estavam abertas de 7-10. A lanchonete fechou a maior parte da viagem, mas abriu de quinta a domingo.O café dentro da recepção estava bem. Serve café Starbucks e tudo o mais é muito caro.

Loved this resort. The spa was closed because of covid but went to another one off property. It was pretty relaxing and quiet here, only a few families and a few kids. The lazy river was open from 11-7 and the pools were open from 7-10. The snack bar was closed most of the trip but opened on Thursday through Sunday. The cafe inside by the front desk was alright. It serves Starbucks coffee and everything else is way too expensive.

Que lugar incrível para ficar. Tudo, desde a equipe do lobby, equipe da loja, equipe da recepção do sino, equipe da piscina e manutenção da casa foram de alto nível! Não podemos esperar para voltar. What an amazing place to stay. Everything thing from the lobby staff, store staff, bell desk staff, pool staff and house keeping were top notch! We can't wait to go back. This was truly a family friendly facility. I've never stayed in a place that was so upscale yet easy going all at the same time. Thank you Hyatt Indian Wells for a beyond enjoyable vacation!

Hotel incrível, definitivamente aquele que atende às necessidades de qualquer viajante. Os quartos são limpos e tranquilos, o serviço é excelente e as comodidades de primeira classe. Minha única reclamação é que só consegui ficar aqui uma noite porque estava em turnê e tive que sair na manhã seguinte! Com certeza gostaria de voltar se eu tivesse a chance.

Incredible hotel, definitely one that suits just about any traveler's needs. Rooms are clean and quiet, service is excellent, and the amenities are first-rate. My sole complaint is I only got to stay here one night as I was on tour and had to leave the next morning! Would definitely look forward to returning if I had the chance.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was friendly and nice. The rooms were clean and I felt very safe. The customer service was great and the pools are amazing to swim. The Lazy River was fun to be in. You get to be in a floaty and you let the "stream" take you.

Simplicidad,es la traducción perfecta, para este hotel en el Oasis. Tranquilidad, un campo de golf inmenso, no muchas amenidades. Extrañé un buen restaurante con platillos deliciosos.
