In the beginning it was a very pleasant stay, the staff was helpful Dennis to be exact helped me to get a refrigerator in my room, by the time I left the front desk to head back to my room a guy was right behind me with the refrigerator. However last night after getting off of work 9 last night I came to the hotel my things were downstairs. I was given another room only to find out it was being occupied by another patron. Then to add insult to injury I was given a room on the 7th floor but wasn't informed that it was in a completely different wing than that of which I was previously in and didn't mention it was a different elevator I had to take. I've been here in Louisiana on business away from my wife and kids for over 30 days and have been working tirelessly to help restore power out here and that was the last thing I expected out of a hotel of this caliber

What a lovely relaxing vacation. The hotel representative was great from the time I checked in until the day I left. He give me wonderful Suggestions he was really great. he suggested great local food shopping he was very helpful during my stay. The Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to The French Quarter, the World War III museum, The voodoo museum, Great food within walking distance, and good local shopping. what a lovely vacation I had.

The hotel just wasn’t worth the price we paid. The service we experienced was what you’d expect from a $50 motel, not a hotel who’s rates get dangerously close to $200 for the basic rooms. With their price, you still have to pay extra for WiFi and parking. There’s a tiny fridge and no microwave. I believe you could rent one, but you shouldn’t have to with what you get charged initially. On the plus side, the room was clean and comfy. We came back two years later and we’re even less impressed than the first time. Good luck finding an elevator, they are more than likely broken and the stairs aren’t clearly marked. Majority of the inside dining options are gone. Floors in rooms are sticky. Rooms need an upgrade for the prices charged. You can get by for the convenience of being close to attractions, but the price would lead you to believe you’d get a better room.

Our stay is not complete. So far it's fine, but the add on charges seem ridiculous. I'll update when we leave. Well, this update is very late, but I had to downgrade the rating. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I still talk about how much my back hurt sleeping in them. Also, the elevators weren't reliable. Still, it's a very nice looking place, clean, and the staff was pleasant. Lots going on and a variety of food options, though all of it was overpriced.
