“Check in was quick. Front desk was sweet and informative. The room was clean, but the AC did not work well. It never got below 71. The “mini fridge” is tiny. I was able to get small cans and water to fit. Elevators were not working part of the time. I heard several people say they got stuck. I had to take the stairs several times, but I was only on the 3rd floor so it wasn’t too bad. The pool area was good, but no working outdoor lights, which was concerning at night. The breakfast was good.”

“Rip off alert!!! They charge $14 a night to park in their Non-valet, no parking garage, unsecure, SELF PARK LOT. what a joke! What service am I receiving for $14? Oh wait, NOTHING. This is a poor excuse for a money making scheme. At least make me feel like I am actually receiving something. Also, The mattress is comfortable, but the sheets are not soft and are hot. While they have tried to make the place nice, they are lacking in so many areas. I guess put that $14/night per car parking fee to good use and upgrade the sheets.
After reading other reviews, it seems like they arbitrarily change the amount they charge for parking. Ranges from $10 to $15. Not sure what is up with that other than it is a bogus charge.
Also, pretty sure our room was haunted. At 3am the speaker phone just turned on and we heard a loud dial tone and then it went off.”
