“My family and I are World of Hyatt "Globalist" rewards members and although we live nearby, due to us not wanting to travel far because of Covid, we have stayed at this property as a "staycation" getaway multiple times and we have had an enjoyable stay on each occasion. There is a nice on site gym and a large indoor swimming pool, which is great during the colder months. The employees have always been very friendly and accommodating to my family and myself. On our most recent New Years Eve weekend stay, the General Property Manager, Michael Harrington, personally went out of his way to make sure my family and I had a great stay and memorable time! If you are looking to stay overnight in the Downtown Rochester area, I do highly recommend this property.”

“Housecleaning won't show up despite multiple calls. Wifi has been down the whole time during my stay. Trying to get a hold of anyone at front desk in the phone is futile yet whenever I'm in the lobby there are 2-3 people at the front desk chatting with each other. Also the room service restaurant closes randomly in the middle of the day so make sure you don't get hungry when its inconvenient for the hotel to serve you.”
