“The staff had selected the perfect suite for us. The view was amazing and the room was spacious. Unfortunately the AC was not working properly. I can’t thank the staff enough for getting us moved to another room that was better than our first. The staff at this hotel was very attentive and genuinely concerned with the guests happiness. I would be doing the hotel no justice without mentioning our incredible bar tender Lucas! This guy was the highlight of the hotel! Worth a stay here.”

“You’ve read the reviews. They’re all true. This hotel is run-down and needs a major overhaul. The pandemic would have been a great opportunity to close this place down and make a top-down makeover, but, alas, it didn’t happen. I’m my travels and my stays at Hyatt, I’ve noticed that the General Manager has to care before any action is done. This does not appear to be the case here. You can see the signs everywhere: exterior paint, carpeting, furniture, and the like. Even some sun loungers, which can’t be too expensive to scrimp on, are deteriorating and can’t even be replaced by the GM. Why 3 stars? It’s simply that the location is tops. In the middle of the action in the beautiful and walkable downtown Palm Springs. The staff also seem to be eager to serve and please. Stay was September 2021. No acknowledgement of status was given.”
