Rooms are fine. But the noise isolation is poor. You can hear every word of your neighbor. Plus: they are using the hotel as quarantine rooms for cruise workers. They will assign your room right next to them without letting you know beforehand. If you are traveling here recently avoid this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months while working in New Orleans. Great downtown location and nice hotel. Rob initially helped accommodate us for our stay. Shout out to Preshawn and Andrew at the front desk who were extremely helpful getting our stay and rates extended during the crazy holiday season. We really appreciate everything the hotel did for us during our stay. The hotel is pet friendly and my dog enjoyed her stay as well.

Not good. Staying here currently. Room was not clean when we arrived and we have been unable to get pillows, or even clean towels. Cannot get basic room cleaning so far during our stay (we are pretty tidy and empty our own trash and reuse towels). Just needed a quick vacuum and a few extra towels after being here for a few days. They don’t respond. If staying in a 4 star hotel is what you expect, this is not the place. We’ve had much better service and room cleanliness at Holiday Inn.

Left an item in the room. Called them immediately to ask if I can pick it up. They said the room has not been cleaned yet and they will call me when housekeeping has it. 2 days passed so we went there to ask again, apparently they don’t have it. Its a charger and they can’t return it, wonder if someone left a more valuable item. It’s these small things that count.

Awesome Everything! Beautiful rooms. Excellent customer service. Great amenities. Best restaurants nearby. Ask for Jammi he is the best. I stay at the best everywhere and this is the best of the best.

This place is classy and beautiful. Lovely large rooms, very clean and well stocked. The lobby is gorgeous the staff is impeccable. Awesome location walking distance to everything in the city one would want to do. Would love to stay at this place again!!

Beautiful hotel!! Comfortable beds, slept like a baby!!! The restaurant food is delicious and have great happy hours specials. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is great and clean, but the pillows were a bit flat for me and the sink in the bathroom is shallow. The shower was great but I kept stubbing my toe going in and out because of the metal rail. It’s a great place to stay with an awesome staff and it’s close to everything, but the sink and shower are why I can’t do five stars on this one.

Don’t let them give you a room at the end of the hall if you want ANY sleep. Apparently there’s a service elevator the staff use on the side of the building where my room was located (559). The elevator sounds like the kind of industrial elevator that could transport cars. You’ll hear the whir of the motor followed by a loud BOOM, presumably when it reaches a new floor, over and over and over and over again. And when you finally think it’s over and start to fall asleep a new loud knocking sound from the pipes will start. I know what you’re thinking, this is a review by an overly sensitive person and I won’t be bothered. Nope. Hotels are public places with slamming doors etc... that’s normal. These noises were not, and they were frequent and loud. I’m adding one star because it’s a short walk to Bourbon Street, but don’t think getting hammered will help you sleep because I tried that too. Good luck!

me voy disconforme esperaba más de este hotel. Salvo por el espacio en la habitación y la decoración en el resto es peor que cualquier hotel. Exclusivamente el trato con la gente. Desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza. En recepción solo una persona nos atendió bien cuando surgió un problema con la reserva un hombre que se ve era el q estaba a cargo. Las señoritas de recepción nos atendieron muy mal. Nunca en ningún hotel me han tratado así con tanto desdén. Y con respecto al personal de limpieza pésimo nunca nos repusieron jabón ni shampoo en la habitación, tuve que comprar en walgreens.Nunca nos repusieron café. Faltaban vasos de las habitaciones. Cosas que nunca me ocurrieron en ningún hotel. En conclusión muy malo el hotel.hay hoteles por 100 dólares la noche con mejor atención que este.
