“Our $750 in resort credits were taken away at Isla Mujeres, and they didn’t have any appointment or tour times available to spend them on anyway. When we asked when we first checked in if there was any snorkeling or massages, we were told they only happened certain days and were fully booked throughout our stay. The people and the food were great, but we can’t get over the fact that they wouldn’t allow us to cancel or change our trip even though we couldn’t travel during the pandemic. Once we did get to travel, they informed us we no longer got the credits AND had to pay $750 more because of the “new day rates”. This place is a waste of money and does not offer half of what it promises.”
