“This was our first time to came to Island Shangri-La Hong Kong, it was an excellent experience at your hotel.
The staff showed up professional manner and willingness during our stay. Nicole, who welcomed me at the reception desk, she was friendly and helpful with solving my inquiries and giving me surprise. :)
Besides, we were sincerely appreciated the arrangements planned by the GS Team. They provided us a room upgrade to
Grand Premier Harbour View Room which had a new renovation! We love the bathtub, water filter and the day bed… nothing to judge.
Concierge staff was nice too, when I asked for direction to one of the bus stops nearby, they helped me in a professional manner.
Also the RA, she was caring that would like to made the bed for us and assist us if we needed help.
Eric from Front desk provided us a smooth check out process, he was very polite and smart.
All of them are giving guests an amazing service, to ensure the quality and reputation of Island Shangri-La. Very appreciate the effort they paid under the critical time, they deserve a respect and countless love.”
