“Gostaria de explicar que desde que chegamos pedimos o código do wi-fi e eles nunca nos deram, disseram-nos que havia problemas com o wi-fi e nos deram muito tempo desde o início. Café da manhã medíocre e de má qualidade. Dizem que falam espanhol, mentem apenas inglês ou alemão. Eles não têm canais de TV em espanhol, mas em alemão e inglês. Ficamos dez dias porque depois de 6 dias não nos deixaram o quarto, pois à tarde quando chegamos avisamos a sra. K estava no turno às 19h do dia 11 de outubro com cabelos compridos e óculos, aliás muito desagradáveis, e não nos trouxeram as toalhas ou o papel higiênico que pedimos. Bem, 2 dias depois, eles nos fizeram o quarto, mas não trocaram as toalhas. Uma experiência desagradável que, aliás, viajamos muito e para outros países, e nunca fomos tratados no hotel 9opera, fatal, e em todos nós tivemos canais de TV em espanhol, mesmo em navios de cruzeiro. Estranho, não? O que em um país próximo à Espanha não tem. Respeitável, cada país faz o que achar melhor. Sinceramente, não recomendo.”

“Horrible. Rude and unfriendly staff. At the time of check in the woman at reception told me breakfast was included but when I checked out a really nasty woman at reception wanted me to pay €13 for breakfast. When I told her at the check in I was told it was included she kept insisting that wasn’t true and said “how do I believe you?” I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was none!!! A hotel without a manager??? Terrible experience.
