“Our experience was rocky at first with check in and dinner reservations not being available but the friendly yet new staff treated us well even though we are Jamaicans, Our butler Reynaldo top it all off though…. He was absolutely wonderful, he ensure we got into restaurants and he made sure we were on time. He went above and beyond with ensuring everything was right for us, we shall be returning to this beautiful resort.”
