“Hair everywhere!! Bathroom floor had at least a dozen hairs, and there were also hairs in the tub, on the counter, in the sink, and on the sheets. So yucky!! There was also dried soap on the counter. I don’t think the bathroom was even cleaned. It was late and my daughter had already crawled in bed or I would have requested another room. I cleaned the bathroom the best I could- something you should not have to do at any hotel, let alone one that goes for $250/night. The other disappointment was that the window was not well sealed and there was a lot of traffic noise. I kept the fan on “continuous” which helped.
On the plus side, beds were comfortable.”

“This place is great 👍 We arrived earlier than check-in time because we had a memorial service to attend! Just wanted to let them knitwear were in town because we would be checking in late! Well we had done the reservation through a company that sets this up for you! Well to our surprise our room wasn’t a handicap room as we had requested😡 the day time host immediately went into action! She got us set up in a handicap room in no time at all and we were able to check in immediately! Job well done 👍 excellent service! Went above to make customer happy 😊 The stay was amazing! Everything about this place is top of the line! We were very impressed and will definitely return! Thanks 🙏🏻 for the amazing service and a great 👍 job at keeping your customers happy 😊 A thumbs up 👍 all around! Almost forgot! An absolutely amazing continental breakfast!
