Boa localização, entre estações de Sant Gervasi e Muntaner do trem de Barcelona. Isto facilita o deslocamento na cidade, se baseado no transporte público. Boa recepção, atendentes cordiais e gentis. Quarto limpo e com boas acomodações e itens de conforto básico; ótima ducha. Café da manhã básico mas bem saboroso. Preços compatíveis com o conforto oferecido.

Cama quebrada, água do chuveiro não esquenta, tomada parou de funcionar, janelas que não vedam completamente o ar e o som. Pedi pra trocar o quarto e não trocaram Experiência horrível

Hotel bem localizado, proximo a mêtro, bares, fomos a pé ao Cam Nou, otimo café da manhã, frios top dos tops, nutela e diversas opções de geleia, Sucos naturais e deliciosos, faltou uma sanduichera. Quarto espaçoso e limpo, atendimento excelente de toda equipe. Gosto de me hospedar em locais diferentes a cada viagem, mas quando voltar a Barcelona, ficaremos no mesmo hotel.

Amabilidad y cortesia por parte del personal de Recepción,pero el personal de limpieza genera muchos ruidos molestos al acondicionar las habitaciones,es muy difícil poder dormir después de las 8am .

Escogí el hotel Mercure por su proximidad al hospital donde debía ser intervenido de cataratas. Pero me dí cuenta enseguida de que había sido una acertada elección. La amabilidad, simpatía y profesionalidad de sus empleados quedó demostrada durante mi estancia. No era una visita de turismo, pero me sentí muy bien cuidado y disfruté de una habitación e instalaciones muy confortables. El desayuno room service fue espectacular y la atención inmediata a mis necesidades como paciente recién operado muy agradables y consideradas. Un gran cuatro estrellas casi en el centro de la ciudad.

Resumen de la experiencia: es lo que esperas de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Cogimos un desayuno y estuvo muy completo y rico todo (salvo la tortilla de patatas de supermercado y el zumo muy aguado, como en cualquier otro sitio, pero el resto muy bueno: bollería toda muy buena, cafés de nespresso, huevos revueltos y bacon muy rico, pan variado también muy rico, varios mix de mermeladas...)En cuanto a la habitación, muy muy limpio, buen baño, TV grande sin ser smartTV, cama muy grande pero algo se notaban los muelles (no excesivamente, pero podría pensar en cambiarse). Corroboro el medio/bajo aislamiento acústico del hotel, para aquellos sensibles al ruido quizá no recomendable del todo. No se si por las paredes, porque las ventanas tenían buen grosor, pero los coches de la calle se oían bastante y de vez en cuando por las noches se oía ligeramente el traqueteo de un tren que pasaba no muy a menudo.Finalmente, en cuanto a la ubicación, creo que no es de las mejores de la ciudad. Todo te pilla a unos 30 minutos andando o 10-15 en moto, que al final es lo que más utilizamos por la facilidad de moverse así por la ciudad, ya que muchas calles son de sentido único y no tienes muchos problemas con otros vehículos para girar hacia otras calles. Sin embargo, creo que es una ciudad que no está muy masificada, lo que hace que se todo esté un poco extendido en el terreno y para ir de un sitio a otro tengas que recorrer una distancia media.En general muy contentos. Como todo tiene cosas para mejorar, pero si no sientes los anteriores puntos como inconvenientes, recomendamos el hotel 100%

Really not a 4 stars Hotel. Our stay was pretty average and ultimately not worth it. Rooms are quite small and very very noisy, you could hear everything from the streets or other rooms. I requested if it was possible to pay extra to get something nice as we would get for our anniversary and I was told that the hotel would take care of it, all we got was a "happy anniversary" from the receptionist. Again I didn't expect anything for free, I was willing to pay extra for a bottle of champagne or some flowers delivered, but nothing. You are offered a complementary 1 litre bottle of water for your whole duration of stay, be it one night or a week. Gym is pretty small, only cardio and dumbells available. Quite close to metro and train station on the brighter side. Didn't try breakfast but there were plenty of café in the area. Staff was nice but any time we needed something for our room we were requested to go downstairs and pick it up (again not staff's fault but due to staff shortage).

Doesn't seem like a 4 star hotel. Very bland. We were in the 702 suite (bedroom with a big balcony) and had to transfer to another room because the suite doesn't look like the photos. It's super small, doesn't even have space for a desk and the balcony is very bland, not worth it. We transfer to a bigger room on the 3rd floor and they didn't even give us bathrobes and slippers - because of COVID they said they were out of them - they could have transfered those things (from the 702 suite) to our other room. Just a suggestion. Meh experience. At least the breakfast was ok.

Me he alojado por trabajo durante 4 semanas en este hotel así que me he topado con varios/as recepcionistas y el trato ha sido siempre impecable. Las habitaciones están bastante bien. La recepción esta abierta 24 horas. Lo recomiendo.

Amplia y muy limpia habitación.Las dos almohadas por cama son de sobresaliente.Encantadoras las recepcionistas. La única pega es que la inmensa e innecesaria encimera del lavabo es tan grande que casi no deja espacio para utilizar el inodoro.

Good Location. Small Room. No kettle at the room. I asked to book a taxi to drop me at the airport. The taxi driver cheated us with an additional fare of 15 euros for bags. I called the hotel they have not taken any action.

I would like to say that I had the best time ever in Barcelona. I stayed in November with my daughter. The hotel was fantastic the room amazing , the balcony on the 7th floor was huge.The interior was very modern. Lots of amenities complimentary, such as small teeth brush and teeth cream. The breakfast buffet had so many different options, the Spanish omelette was delicious! Currently I chosea Mercure hotel in Paris and there is nothing to do with this quality in Barcelona. Also I have to say that the receptionist Fusina(sorry if the spelling is incorrect) was so helpful and happy to answer any question and give directions .

Nice and cleans rooms. A bit small tough and no desk to work which makes it uncomfortable for business travelers. There are beautiful private root top terrace of you have a room on the 7th floor. The breakfast was great as well as the Nespresso machine in the room. Please remove the smell (very strong room perfume) in the lobby!

This was perfect for our type of stay in Barcelona, as we weren't planning on spending much time inside the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the location was right off of a Subway line that easily took us down to the main square/gothic quarter. Also, the hotel was a short walk from a nearby Gaudi house, and a longer/tougher walk up to park guell.In all a very good experience, though the rooms themselves were fairly loud/not resistant to much sound, either from the street or other rooms.
