My friend and I stayed at the hotel this weekend and we loved it! The room was lovely, very well refurbished and a really good sized room and bathroom.The restaurant, bar and lounge are all very nice too.The staff were fantastic... Especially Juliet... Had a lovely relaxing spa weekend with my longest best friend. Evening meal was delicious. Breakfast also great, good choices. Had the most amazing full body massage with Areeni….I have never had such a great treatment and wished I lived closer as would definitely book in again. Staff very helpful in my opinion and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely setting. Room was nice. Only criticism was that the pillows were too firm for us. Tive um adorável fim de semana relaxante de spa com meu melhor amigo mais longo. O jantar estava delicioso. Café da manhã também ótimo, boas opções. Tive a massagem de corpo inteiro mais incrível com Areeni….Eu nunca tive um tratamento tão bom e desejei morar mais perto, pois definitivamente reservaria novamente. A equipe muito útil em minha opinião e nada era demais. Cenário encantador. Quarto era bom. A única crítica foi que os travesseiros eram muito firmes para nós.

A very tired hotel, not what we were expecting for a four star hotel. The whole place needs money spending. Our room was tired and very basic, the toilet seat was broken and not safe, this was not repaired on our 2 day stay, although I reported this to the front desk. I'm not sure why you can't book in until 4pm, it must have taken 1/2 an hour to clean out room, tops. Dead flies on the window sills, very basic room and toiletries. There is very limited space between the bed and the walls both sides.The hall and staircase were not clean and were crying out for a vacuum cleaner. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls too. The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice. Such a shame that the hotel was so poor, as we were really looking forward to this break.. Um hotel muito cansado, não o que esperávamos para um hotel de quatro estrelas. Todo o lugar precisa gastar dinheiro. Nosso quarto estava cansado e muito básico, o assento do vaso sanitário estava quebrado e não era seguro, isso não foi reparado em nossa estadia de 2 dias, embora eu relatei isso à recepção. Não sei por que você não pode reservar até as 16h, deve ter levado meia hora para limpar o quarto, no máximo. Moscas mortas nos peitoris das janelas, quarto e artigos de toalete muito básicos. Há um espaço muito limitado entre a cama e as paredes de ambos os lados.O corredor e a escada não estavam limpos e clamavam por um aspirador de pó. Papel de parede estava descascando das paredes também. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e o café da manhã era bom. Uma pena que o hotel fosse tão pobre, pois estávamos realmente ansiosos por essa pausa. .

Hizo pleno uso de las instalaciones de ocio. Estuve allí para el fin de semana de mi cumpleaños y todo el personal fue muy servicial, nada fue demasiado problema y fue más allá. Entorno encantador. La habitación era agradable. Definitivamente regresaré Gracias por hacer que mi cumpleaños sea memorable.

Un hotel muy gastado, no es lo que esperábamos de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Todo el lugar necesita gastar dinero. Nuestra habitación estaba vieja y era muy básica, el asiento del inodoro estaba roto y no era seguro, esto no fue reparado en nuestra estadía de 2 días, aunque informé esto a la recepción. No estoy seguro de por qué no puedes reservar hasta las 4 pm, debe haber tomado media hora limpiar la habitación, como máximo. Moscas muertas en los alféizares de las ventanas, habitación y artículos de tocador muy básicos. Hay espacio muy limitado entre la cama y las paredes a ambos lados.El pasillo y la escalera no estaban limpios y pedían a gritos una aspiradora. El empapelado también se estaba despegando de las paredes. El personal era amable y el desayuno estaba bien. Es una pena que el hotel fuera tan pobre, ya que estábamos ansiosos por este descanso. .

Beautiful location and really friendly service at front desk and in spa. Swimming pool and sauna are well equipped but do appear slightly dated. The spa staff were lovely! Really helpful and made you feel at ease. Room was clean, decor was basic. Food was fantastic with good choice on menu but service was abit slow. Bela localização e serviço muito amigável na recepção e no spa. A piscina e a sauna estão bem equipadas, mas parecem um pouco datadas. A equipe do spa foram adoráveis! Realmente útil e fez você se sentir à vontade. Quarto era limpo, a decoração era básica. Comida era fantástica com boa escolha no menu, mas o serviço foi um pouco lento.

Jantar delicioso e fresco e o suficiente para escolher e ainda tinha a opção de sentar fora para o café da manhã. O serviço para ambos os dias foi fantástico. O spa, maior do que parecia era bom e limpo, e os funcionários foram muito úteis. Não usei a academia, mas parecia muito eficiente. Era um grupo de 6 e estávamos todos de acordo, definitivamente voltando! ! !

El spa, más grande de lo que parecía, era agradable y limpio, y el personal fue muy servicial. No usé el gimnasio pero se veía muy eficiente. Era un grupo de 6 y todos estábamos de acuerdo, ¡Definitivamente regresaremos!

Left quite disappointed with our stay at Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa.The staff at the reception seemed quite rude. The same can be said about some of the other staff throughout the hotel too.Possibly the worst dining experience ever here. There was a function on at the hotel on the day of our stay and apparently the kitchen was really busy but having dinner guests waiting on starters for 50 minutes is disgraceful. I had to go and get drinks for myself and my partner from the hotel bar because no one wanted to come over and serve us. When the food came out it was nothing special because it was thrown together in a rush, the mains were obviously microwaved, they were so piping hot we had to leave them sitting for a bit before eating, at that point they were not enjoyable at all!The room seemed pleasant at first, however parts of it were poorly cleaned prior to our stay or are possibly not cleaned at all. The bath had many sections that had mould, especially under the bath handles! Mould around the windows on the room, sheets and pillows with markings on them. It’s not acceptable. The rooms are poorly ventilated and you either have the option of leaving the window open and having insects enter or dying from heat.The spa facilities are nothing special at all, small and very over crowded. Kids were jumping into the pool and the pool itself was so crowded it was a struggle to find any space to even relax in. We had treatments booked for the following day of our stay that we didn’t even bother to attend because everything has been so bad.The only positive is the location is nice and coombe abbey park is near by, totally worth a visit! But as for the hotel and its facilities, not great and I feel like my money was poorly spent. Houve uma função no hotel no dia da nossa estadia e, aparentemente, a cozinha estava muito ocupada, mas ter convidados para jantar esperando entradas por 50 minutos é vergonhoso. Eu tive que ir buscar bebidas para mim e meu parceiro no bar do hotel porque ninguém queria vir nos servir. Quando a comida saiu, não era nada de especial porque foi misturada com pressa, a rede elétrica obviamente estava no micro-ondas, eles estavam tão quentes que tivemos que deixá-los sentados um pouco antes de comer, naquele ponto eles não eram nada agradáveis !O quarto parecia agradável no início, no entanto, partes dele foram mal limpas antes da nossa estadia ou possivelmente não foram limpas. A banheira tinha muitas seções com mofo, principalmente embaixo das alças da banheira! Molde ao redor das janelas da sala, lençóis e travesseiros com marcações. Não é aceitável. Os quartos são mal ventilados e você tem a opção de deixar a janela aberta e ter insetos entrando ou morrendo de calor.As instalações do spa não são nada de especial, pequenas e muito lotadas. As crianças estavam pulando na piscina e a piscina em si estava tão lotada que foi uma luta encontrar algum espaço para relaxar. Tínhamos tratamentos agendados para o dia seguinte de nossa estadia que nem nos preocupamos em comparecer porque tudo foi feito tão ruim.O único ponto positivo é que a localização é boa e o parque da abadia de Coombe fica por perto, vale a pena uma visita! Mas quanto ao hotel e suas instalações, não é ótimo e sinto que meu dinheiro foi mal gasto.

Dinner was adequate but not much on the dessert menu or starter menu to wow me. Bed was comfy, shower was warm not hot though. Grounds look beautiful Quando chegamos, tivemos uma recepção calorosa adorável. Fizemos o check-in e fomos para o nosso quarto e outra pessoa o pegou. Um dos faxineiros foi resolver isso para nós. Fomos para a área de natação onde havia muitos lugares sentados para todos. Além disso, a sauna a vapor estava tão úmida quanto o normal, a sauna estava quente, as instalações limpas. O jantar foi adequado, mas não muito no menu de sobremesas ou no menu inicial para me impressionar. Cama era confortável, chuveiro estava quente, mas não quente. Os terrenos estão lindos

Uno de los limpiadores fue a resolverlo por nosotros. Fuimos a la zona de baño donde había muchos asientos para todos. Además, la sala de vapor estaba tan llena de vapor como de costumbre, aunque la sauna estaba caliente, las instalaciones estaban limpias. La cena fue adecuada, pero no mucho en el menú de postres o en el menú de entrada para sorprenderme. La cama era cómoda, la ducha estaba tibia, no caliente. Los terrenos se ven hermosos

We had a wowcher 2 night B&B with an evening meal included which was very good. The room was a good size and comfortable with TV Wi fi tea and coffee, ironing board/iron and hairdryer. Somewhat...
