“AC did not work, bathroom light flickers to the point it's useless. Due to staffing shortages hotel is closed Sundays. Meaning you must depart Sunday morning. Simple operational things like basic room lights and AC should be checked before guest arrival. Other Mercury's don't have this issue. Hotel is in very remote area with zero options.”

“Nothing special to say about it .
Except maybe that the lift wasn't working properly.
Sometimes when we wanted ti go up my colleague ans I, it didn't lift at all, so we had to use tge stairs.
I saw it was written on it 1976, maybe it is time to change it.
Appart that, the employees were very kind.
About the restaurant, the dishes aren't special, but you won't get hungry after a starter, a main and a cheeses plate which was so huge.”
