Instalações antigas e barulhentas. Além disso, o aquecedor do quarto apresentou defeitos e parou de funcionar mais de uma vez. No segundo dia foi a vez da água quente parar de funcionar. O café da manhã é um continentalbasico, sem nenhum destaque.

Location is great though the outside of the building looks dated (70s). Rooms are nice, good condition and comfortable. Public areas including reception, bar and dining areas are nice, corridors need redecorating as they are dark, tired and worn. Staff we really good, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They are all great assets to the hotel.

Es un hotel bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, pero poco cómodo, habitaciones pequeñas. A la llegada un ascensor estaba averíado y el que estaba en servicio se averió luego con una persona adentro. Baños del lobby sucios.

Staff: Very nice and friendly, no complaints here! Location: Right in the Centre of Inverness, but located at a very noisy street. Rooms: Seem nice and modern at first glance. The bed was OK in my opinion and the room was clean. BUT: -The room had a cigarette smoke smell. -The noise level from the streets and the hallways of the hotel was extremely high. Had a hard time to sleep. -The bathroom door couldn't be closed as the door didn't fit into it's frame anymore. No problem as a solo traveller but as a couple... -The WiFi was terribly slow. Tried it with multiple devices.

Dated, but clean modern amenity rooms, however there is literally no sound proofing. Every person that opens a door or flushes a toilet for a few rooms around you will hear. Too bad, since the hotel has an amazing view of the river! Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Overpriced room was supposed to be double as a single it would be small. No ac or windows that open. Partner has to climb onto bed as it is against the wall. Can't fill jug from sink. WIFI awful. Plasticcups in place of glasses. Slippery shower but no grab rails. Pillows like rocks. Just awful for a very high price. In other places cost would get you a very decent hotel. Only good point is proximity to bus and rail stations but downside is street noise accordingly.

Had a good stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower very good. The location is very convenient. Was not bothered in any way by noise as some comments have said. Definitely recommended. Ate in the bar one evening and the food was good.

Feels a bit dated, more like a 3 star hotel. The rooms were nice but on the smaller side, walls were super thin. The pressure in the shower was bad and the room doesn't have a safe. If you're a light sleeper, bring earbuds! The service and the breakfast were good, lobby looked nice. Location is awesome, everything is close-by.

The hotel building itself is a little tired and dated. The rooms are fairly new. Fixtures and fittings are fine but looks like it's been done on a budget. The walls are paper thin, as a result I didn't sleep all that well for the 3 nights I was there. Some of the finish in the rooms is a little rough. The breakfast is good, but I'm not so sure about sitting in the middle of a room to eat my breakfast. The 1st day there wasn't any plates. The ground staff are polite, efficient and spot on generally.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, quase de frente com a estação, entre o Rio Ness e a Church St. De um modo geral, parece um hotel que não foi mais renovado desde os anos 90. Sequer parece um hotel da rede Accor, e deixou muito a desejar para um Mercure. Tem aspecto de mal cuidado, com carpetes manchados, portas em más condições, e uma bandeja com comida no chão do corredor que permaneceu lá por 3 dias. Não vi sequer 1 funcionário de limpeza nos 4 dias em que lá estive. Nosso quarto era enorme (caberiam facilmente 2 quartos do Ibis no mesmo espaço), mas tinha um banheiro minúsculo e apertado, janelas sem isolamento acústico e carpetes manchados. Ficamos com um quarto virado para a Church St. na qual há uma casa noturna que proporcionou noites extremamente barulhentas. As janelas não tem isolamento acústico adequado. Eu ouvia o barulho das pessoas como se estivessem dentro do meu quarto. No banheiro, além de apertado, havia uma pia minúscula, a tampa do ralo estava quebrada e aberta, e o chuveiro era muito fraco.

Posiblemente, uno de los peores hoteles en que me he alojado. Hemos llegado hoy y la señorita q atendia la recepcion nos ha levantado la voz 2 veces, muy airada por nuestra dificultad con el idioma, cuando ella nos ha hecho buscarnos en la lista de reservas del ordenador porque no conseguia identificar nuestros nombres desde el DNI. Habitaciones minusculas. El armario es una columna sin puertas y no hay mas que un enchufe en toda la habitacion, incluido el baño. Enseres antiguos y descuidados, pesima iluminacion y hace frio. Ah, por cierto, sin minibar. De cuatro estrellas, nada y nada que ver con las fotos con las que se promocionan. Lo unico bueno, la ubicacion. Pero solo esto no justifica 4 estrellas. Timo total.

Deprimente ! En la llegada ya el trato con la chica de recepción fue tirante e incluso desagradable,entre la dificulta del idioma y su incapacidad de encontrar en el ordenador la reserva a nuestros nombres y alguna complicación con el parking del hotel... ,la habitación para nada corresponde a lo pagado ni a las fotografías vistas en catálogo. De lo peor en... 4 estrellas?? Vamos ni 2 le daba yo. Pésimo!!!

La habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda. Yo creo que de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado pero el problema es que, si te toca con vistas a la calle, hay mucho ruido de los locales de la zona y las ventanas no están bien aisladas por loque a lanoche se oye bastante aunque yoestaba tancansado que me dormí al momento y no molestó mucho pero sin duda es algo que deben mejorar rápidamente. El personal delhotel superamable y servicial
