“Its old hotel I'm staines..service is good but rooms are very small. Its located on banks of Thames river ,you will have beautiful view. Shopping mall, bus stop and railway station are at walkable distance”

“The floor in my room was verging on dangerous. Gave way underfoot and it felt like the carpet was the only thing supporting me. Shower head leaked really badly. Hot water was so hot that no matter how much cold you put in it’s unbearable. If you turn the hot down it’s just a trickle. Shocking for a MECURE. TV only has 5 channels and hardly worked partly due to batteries in the remote being flat. Paint flaking off the wall.
Nice river view. Nice staff. Great location for Staines town centre.
