“This is the worst Mercure and Accor Hotel I ever stayed in. Don't go here. The rooms are very small, oddly designed and tired. Dingyness everywhere. Expensive, but A/C didn't work for the first 3 days. We reported it quickly and no one showed up for two days. High spots? The staff were the nicest people who would do anything for you. Breakfast was excellent.... great variety of fresh fruit, hot items and pastries.”

“Buen servicio (básico pero el personal es atento), buena localización, parking público adyacente tiene salida directa a la recepción del hotel, desayuno muy bien (bien y variado, comedor agradable con buenas vistas). Las zonas comunes de pasillos y accesos a ascensores están un poco anticuados. Las habitaciones bien, se echa de menos una mesa de trabajo, el baño cumple.”
