For $100 a night, it's not terrible. It's a old hotel, not like charming old, but like from the 80s. Walls are thin. You'll hear everything, including foot traffic. Wish I had stayed across the street for a little more.

Ok hear me out - the hotel is dated and clearly reminiscent of a time when people actually wanted to go to Buffalo on purpose. The lobby restaurant is decent though it has limited hours. Rooms are clean and simple. So why 5 stars? The employees who work here. They are awesome, accommodating, and just all around model workers in the hotel industry. Every single time I needed something they were so happy to help. From housekeeping to the front desk to the van drivers they all have gone out of their way to help. So while this may not be your upscale, modern suite laden paradise overnight, it offers what I value most in any place: helpful and friendly staff.

We appreciate all that your staff did to make our function perfect!Your staff went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable.We are not complaining about our room (although we moved three times), however, the plumbing in the bathroom needs to be redone.Sink didn't drain (and don't get me wrong); your staff moved us to the room nextdoor,Also, in the same room (204), if you look up at vent, it looks as if mold is oozing out of it,Not good,Your check-in staff was excellent; both courteous and professional.Your bartender, Derek, went above and beyond make our function perfect.The Catering Manager, Brandon, and Val were ever so helpful in making us so happy.Again, we had an overall great experience with the exception to the room issues.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel.He had stayed there about 4 years ago and were impressed and planned out next visit to stay at the Millennium again.The hotel has declined since that time.I certainly make allowances for some and cut corners due to Covid.However, we had no maid service for 5 days and that was an inconvenience but explained as a result of understaffing.I was able to get fresh towels and more soap by approaching a maid cart in the hall.Wecould not get coffee in the lobby which I don't see how this can be blamed on Covid.The restaurant was closed most of the time so we could not get coffee there except on one morning.We ran out of coffee in our room which is a poor substitute anyway. I requested more but it was never delivered.Our bathroom shower had mold in it and this was present at check in. There was also a half used shampoo bottle left in the shower.The porcelain in the bathroom sink is crumbling. The place needs to be remodeled and upgraded as the furnishings are worn and the carpet is stained.The air conditioner did not work properly in our room.The thermostat did not respond to attempts to adjust the temperature.The maintenance man was very helpful and brought us a space heater. We either had to turn off the air conditioner and it would become stuffy or we had to turn the space heater on when it got too cool with the air conditioner going. I will say that our room was clean and the pool area is lovely even if it is closed.

Location was good- pretty much 15 to 20 minutes from anywhere in Buffalo.Room 109..Cleanliness left much to be desired- Found a wad of hair on one of the pillows when we first got to the room...bottom of the bathtub looked like an animal had scratched away most of the surface of it- I'm sure it's just old.No cleaning or changing of the sheets/towels or anything during our 3 nights (not sure if you have to request it).It was pretty much what I expected for the price- but I am always hoping that I'll be pleasantly surprised by a hotel giving more than average.. Wasn't the case here.I'd stay again, solely on the price and convenience of the location.

Nosso quarto era ótimo, e era conveniente que fosse ao lado das lojas que eu precisava, pois esta era uma viagem de negócios. A única coisa era que o quarto não estava muito limpo. Havia capas / lençóis com algum tipo de mancha de sangue que minha esposa e eu notamos. Fora isso, a estética do hotel e a conveniência dele eram ótimas!

De passagem e precisava de um hotel para cães. Eles estavam reformando e ambos os quartos tinham um pequeno problema de manutenção, mas ambos eram limpos e confortáveis. Ficamos apenas uma noite, muito fácil de chegar / voltar à rodovia e os funcionários foram muito úteis. Grite para Matt. Eu ficaria aqui novamente na área.

Passing through and needed a dog friendly hotel. They were renovating, and both of the rooms had a minor maintenance issue, but both were clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, very easy to get to/return to highway and the staff were very helpful. Shout out to Matt. I would stay here again of in the area.

Our room was great, and it was convenient that it was right by the stores I needed as this was a business trip. The only thing was that the room wasn't all that clean. There were covers/sheets that had some sort of blood stain on them that my wife and I noticed. Other than that the aesthetic of the hotel and the convenience of it were great!

Meu quarto era muito confortável. O banheiro poderia usar um pouco de atualização no futuro próximo, mas estava acomodando o suficiente. Cada membro da equipe que não trabalhou na recepção que eu possa ter passado no corredor ou fora SEMPRE disse "bom dia / olá" e foi muito amigável. Gostei da minha estadia no seu hotel.

I must comment on your staff. Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with was just so accommodating and helpful. They were always smiling and willing to help!!! So thank you for that customer service. My room was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a little updating in the near future, but was accommodating enough. Every staff member that did not work at the front desk that I may have passed in the hallway or outside ALWAYS said "good morning/hello" and was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay at your hotel.

Friendly staff and easy check in. Good location, but the hotel is pretty run down. Room never cooled down and bathroom had peeling bathtub. Not very quiet, especially an internal courtyard room. Pet friendly is a plus. Pretty textbook 3 star rating and on the hotel 'star" scale, closer to a 2.

Buen hotel y servicio, sin embargo en los alrededores no hay variedad de lugares para visitar o acceder con facilidad. Precios cómodos, un poco incomodo el hecho de que el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas penetre y afecte el descanso del huésped, lo cual fue mi propia experiencia. En general lo elegiría sólo para una noche.
