“Friendly, helpful and professional staff, what an amazing atmosphere! Pet friendly, beautiful surroundings. Delicious breakfast, servis spot on. There is nothing to dislike, you will love your stay, I promise! After a disastrous initial booking in central Perth, this was an absolute godsend, just seeing how beautiful and pristine the place was upon arrival made me quite emotional. We will be back. Thank you ever so much for the hospitality.”

“This is a beautiful building and location, however our stay would have sit alongside Faulty Towers with service almost non existent. I appreciate that there may be staffing issues, but when we complained the duty manager was not interested. This is not a cheap place, much of the enjoyment in a place that has been awarded 2* AA service is usually underpinned by good service, it was appalling! I will also write to the AA as clearly since they were awarded the 2* rating in 2018, something has clearly happened, but the disinterest by management probably means that the situation will not improve.”
