At the next day, requested two bottles of water and waited for 35 minutes. And the man didn’t mention anything about the long wait.

“Just a few minutes walk from Hammersmith tube and easy to find. Amazing friendly staff really helpful and with ready smiles. Hotel a little tired but staff more than make up for this. Nice meal in Artisan in the hotel itself.”
