O hotel atendeu nossas expectativas. Amplo parque de estacionamento convenientemente ligado ao hotel, perto de lojas, restaurantes e do interessante centro da cidade. Uma pequena desvantagem, embora não tão incômoda, é um elevador. A maior desvantagem, independentemente do hotel, é que há muitos vagabundos ao redor do hotel. Geralmente recomendamos.

Um bom hotel, com piscina, no centro de uma cidade que realmente nos surpreendeu agradavelmente. As camas são boas (sem mergulhos) e wifi rápido. As crianças adoraram o canto do jogo. O café da manhã não é muito generoso com peixes e muitos tipos de queijo. Apenas um bom café da manhã. Sim, os corredores poderiam ser reformados, mas sinceramente isso é o menos importante em um hotel. Gostaríamos de voltar com a nossa família.

in the heart of metz. the hotel is very dated and old. comfortable bed, but i didn't like the shower and it has a separate room for the toilet. the staff kept it clean, breakfast and bar were good. the hotel badly needs a refurb.

We stayed in the family room 324, which was at the the very end on the 3rd floor. Starting on room 318 the carpet started to smell heavily of urine, maybe from a person or a pet. We complained about it at the reception, but nothing happened to resolve the problem. The room was rather old looking, but apart from the windows that have not been cleaned in years from how they looked, the room was clean and with ritual products in the bathroom (shower gel and shampoo) of which the shower gel was empty.. The staff at the bar and breakfast was very nice and friendly. Location very central. For 200 EUR a night however rather overpriced.

Um hotel agradável na decoração mas infelizmente uma degradação ao nível da clientela.Desfrutamos de uma noite com amigos à beira da piscina que normalmente é reservada apenas para os hóspedes do hotel (excluindo os hóspedes do restaurante ou do bar) para regular o número de pessoas na água ou nas espreguiçadeiras ... Então, vamos voltar à nossa noite ... Temos direito à música do altifalante ligado de um cliente e o que é ainda mais mágico é a possibilidade de comer McDonald's à beira da piscina ... Francamente, ia regularmente a este estabelecimento para refeições de trabalho com fornecedores e clientes, mas para mim Vou encontrar outro lugar para meus compromissos ....

the room amd the building seems quite old and moisture everywhere. The water drops from the top of the lobby and the employees are busy to clean it. My sofa bed has bunch of other people's hair and feels not good.

Muito bom estabelecimento, tive uma estadia muito boa! Atendimento excelente e muito profissional, desde a gerência até os funcionários! O hotel está muito bem localizado para belos passeios! O custo-benefício dos quartos e refeições é excelente! Eu recomendo 👍

Move on! Be aware that the main image is not the hotel. It is above a shopping center in the city centre. Rooms are very tired with stained carpets and grubby bathrooms. Gangs of drunks and youths gather right outside at night and make noise so that you can't sleep at all. I checked out at three in the morning and moved on. Read the other reviews. It's not worth staying here!

Our stay was poor because carpet was stinky, walls were dirty, room was very small and it was over priced for a 3-4 star hotel. On phone they told me hotel will provide parking for free and after check in they said parking is extra. The only good thing was the location.Highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Me encantó la estadia. Hermoso hotel y la ciudad es la mas! Muy buena ubicacion. A la tarde noche en la cuadra esta llena de bares que se puede comer o tomar tragos. El hotel tiene habitaciones muy amplias y con vistas internas o la calle. Voveria.

Su planta de abajo está reformada y resulta bonita y cómoda. Su espacio de restaurante y piscina es también apropiado y cómodo. En cambio las habitaciones están aviejadas y necesitan esa reforma urgentemente para adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos.

Excelente hotel. Muy buenas habitaciones y un excelente restaurante. Hay un parking al que se puede acceder al hotel directamente.a solo unos minutos del centro. No es necesario usar el auto. Volvería a tomar ese hotel. 100% recomendable!

Good first aid!

Excellent first aid. Our 5 year okÃ© son fell and hit his head. It was bleeding severe. I wrapped a towel around his head and went to the reception. Within 3 minutes a paramedic arrived and checked...
