“The hotel would be worth 5* if the food was better, salads were great, deserts were fantastic, but the main meals, meat and fish left a lot to be desired. Also the "hot" plates were err not.
We were not AI so paid for drinks at the bar through the day where a disturbing pattern emerged. The staff seem to have difficulty charging you the correct price and, or giving the correct change.
This only amounted to a few cents each time, but should not happen.
Otherwise the hotel is very good, entertainment team were great, rooms cleaned daily and the grounds immaculate, it's a pity the food and counting ability of some staff let it down.”
