This relaxing club resort offers guests breath-taking views over the mountains and is located in beautiful Rancho Mirage, about 17 km from Palm Springs. This hotel has an air-conditioned lobby and offers guests a wide array of facilities. It includes, but is not exhaustive, a conference room, a bar, a grill and restaurants. The rooms are appointed in Californian style and all come with an en suite bathroom with a bath and a balcony or French windows looking out over the lush courtyards. “I believe the resort is probably worthy of five stars during the regular season. I visited at the end of January, and the resort felt like it was in hibernation mode. The pools were cold, with leaves and dirt on the bottom. The hot tubs felt like they were in the low 80s. The golf course looked immaculate, and with the nearly vacant hotel, you likely have the course to yourself. The gym is dated and too small for a resort this size. Nice outdoor seating options and lots of natural gas firepits for a cozy hang out. Bar well equipped with micro brews on tap. My room was in building 27 on the second floor. Big, spacious, big closet, large bathroom. Fixtures are dated but no complaints here. It was clean, quiet, and the balcony overlooking the course is perfect for an evening tea or glass of wine. I would stay here again, especially with a family or group of friends.”

“wonderful service, however it was EXTREMELY windy when we visited, leading to the lazy river being full of debris. the staff just walked around chatting amongst themselves as opposed to attempting to clean the pool or removing inter tubes. we also woke up to find a roach in the bedroom, turned on its back. the complimentary drinks were nice, but the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. i recommend ordering off of the menu instead. we didn’t see the point in asking for any compensation for the problems that occurred because what we most wanted was to enjoy the lazy river. the view is nice, but the experience wasn’t worth it in the end.”
