“Xenophobia and total lack of customer service. This hotel is supposed to be “high class and elegant “, but the service (or lack there of) was worst than a Motel 6 or very cheap motel. To make matters worse when a “manager” called me to “apologize” it only made it worse. The manager went from putting his foot in his mouth to putting one in his mouth and one in his posterior. The limited interaction I had with staff showed that a foreigner is a second class person or just higher than a dog. I had reserved a “executive room marina park” yet the hotel cancelled this reservation before checking in, despite this was booked and paid for 3 months prior. Would I book another room, NEVER.”

“This hotel is a really nice place located right at the waterfront with amazing views of the bridge and the marina. The service is really excellent and the food especially the breakfast is amazing. There is both Korean and American Cuisine. Definitely worth the trip up the elevator with an excellent view of the Marina and the harbor. They have complimentary water and cookies waiting for you in your room. I would definitely come here again and stay.”
