“Clean, casual, nostalgic design with updated amenities. Walkable to great restaurants, pubs, and the theater. Customer service is top notch with Raven at the front desk offering comfort and kindness with every interaction. An authentic experience we will definitely return to. Thank you!”

“Excellent customer service, friendly, caring, helpful and accomodating. The front desk was so nice and checked us in quick, they even upgraded our room when we checked in! The hotel is beautiful! The furniture and design throughout added even more charm to the atmosohere. The room was comfortable and I loved to see how they kept so much of the old structure and quirks from such an old building. The entire hotel was very clean too! Beautiful architecture on the outside and a gorgeous view of downtown from inside! Within walking distance of so many different things to do and see and places to eat. Get breakfast at the brunch joint connected to the hotel if you can, it was great!”
